Ltd. for the engagement of a qualified Industrial Engineer to conduct a comprehensive production line optimization, process re-engineering, and operational efficiency audit at the client's manufacturing facility located in Pakistan Karachi. The scope of work outlined herein has been developed in direct consultation with the client's operations management team and reflects the specific industrial challenges identified during the preliminary site assessment conducted in May 2025.

The Industrial Engineer assigned to this project will deliver the following services across a twelve-week engagement period:

• Process Mapping and Time-Motion Studies: Complete documentation of all existing production workflows across the spinning, weaving, and finishing departments. The Industrial Engineer will conduct granular time-and-motion analyses on a minimum of 45 distinct workstations to identify bottlenecks, redundant movements, and non-value-adding activities.
• Layout Optimization: Redesign of the factory floor layout to minimize material handling distances, reduce cross-traffic congestion, and improve the overall flow of semi-finished goods. This will include 3D CAD modeling of the proposed layout for client review and approval prior to implementation.
• Quality Control Integration: Development of a Statistical Process Control (SPC) framework tailored to textile manufacturing standards. The Industrial Engineer will design control charts, define acceptance sampling plans, and train quality assurance personnel on implementation protocols.
• Workforce Productivity Analysis: Assessment of current labor allocation, shift scheduling, and overtime utilization. Recommendations will be provided for optimal staffing models that align with the client's annual production targets of 12 million meters of finished fabric.
• Energy and Resource Efficiency Audit: Evaluation of utility consumption patterns (electricity, compressed air, water) across all production lines. The Industrial Engineer will propose energy-saving interventions with quantified return-on-investment calculations.
• Lean Manufacturing Implementation Plan: Development of a phased Lean Manufacturing roadmap incorporating 5S methodology, Kanban inventory systems, and Just-In-Time material delivery protocols specific to the textile sector in Pakistan Karachi.

• 30% advance payment (PKR 1,047,840) upon signing of the service agreement and acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
• 40% milestone payment (PKR 1,397,120) upon completion of Week 6 deliverables (Process Maps, Layout Design, and SPC Framework).
• 30% final payment (PKR 1,047,840) upon submission of the Final Technical Report and completion of training workshops.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in Pakistan Karachi.
• The Industrial Engineer and supporting team shall adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations mandated by the Sindh Environmental Protection Agency (SEPA) and the Pakistan Occupational Safety and Health Act.
• All data, process documentation, and proprietary information obtained during the engagement shall remain the exclusive property of the client. A mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) shall be executed prior to commencement of work.
• The Industrial Engineer shall provide weekly progress reports every Friday by 17:00 hours to the client's designated project coordinator.
• Any scope changes or additional services beyond the items listed in Section 2 shall be subject to a separate written amendment and revised Quotation Estimate.
• Apex Industrial Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd. shall carry professional indemnity insurance of not less than PKR 50,000,000 for the duration of the engagement.
• Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1940, with the seat of arbitration in Pakistan Karachi.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the scope of work, pricing, and terms outlined in this document. The engagement of the Industrial Engineer shall commence within five (5) business days of the advance payment being received in the designated bank account.
