1. SCOPE OF WORK – INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER SERVICES IN SAUDI ARABIA JEDDAHThis Quotation Estimate is issued by Gulf Industrial Solutions & Consulting Ltd. to provide comprehensive Industrial Engineer consulting and operational services to be executed within the city of Saudi Arabia Jeddah. The scope encompasses process optimization, production line balancing, quality control system design, supply chain workflow analysis, and lean manufacturing implementation tailored to the client's manufacturing and logistics operations based in Jeddah's industrial zones, including the Jeddah Islamic Port area and the King Abdulaziz Economic City (KAEC) corridor.
The assigned Industrial Engineer will hold a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in process engineering, operations research, and production systems design. The engineer will be fully licensed and registered with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) and will comply with all local labor regulations, Saudi Vision 2030 industrial development guidelines, and the applicable standards set forth by the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO).

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for services beyond this validity period will require a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates and availability of the Industrial Engineer.
- All services described herein will be performed by a qualified Industrial Engineer who is a registered member of the Saudi Council of Engineers and holds a valid professional practice license for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- The project will be executed at the client's designated facility located in Saudi Arabia Jeddah. The client shall provide safe working conditions, necessary access to production areas, and all relevant operational data required by the Industrial Engineer to perform the scope of work.
- Payment shall be made in Saudi Riyals (SAR) via bank transfer to the account of Gulf Industrial Solutions & Consulting Ltd. The 30% advance payment is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The 40% mid-project payment is due upon completion of deliverables listed in items 1 through 4. The final 30% payment is due upon acceptance of all final deliverables and the management presentation.
- Any changes to the scope of work, additional deliverables, or extended timelines must be documented in a formal Change Order signed by both parties. The Industrial Engineer will provide a supplementary Quotation Estimate for any such changes prior to execution.
- All intellectual property, reports, process maps, and documentation produced under this engagement shall become the property of the client upon full payment. The Industrial Engineer retains the right to reference the project in a general, non-identifiable manner for portfolio purposes.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through the competent courts in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, or through arbitration in accordance with the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA) rules.
- The Industrial Engineer shall comply with all applicable Saudi labor laws, occupational health and safety regulations, and data protection requirements. Confidentiality of client data is guaranteed under a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to be executed prior to project commencement.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to government-mandated shutdowns, natural disasters, or changes in Saudi Arabia Jeddah regulatory frameworks, shall suspend obligations under this Quotation Estimate without penalty to either party.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by the client and countersigned by the service provider. Acceptance may be communicated via signed copy of this document or a formal Purchase Order referencing Quotation Estimate No. QE-IE-JED-2025-0047.
