This Quotation Estimate is issued by Meridian Industrial Consulting LLC to provide Al Noor Manufacturing & Logistics FZE with a comprehensive and itemized financial proposal for the engagement of a qualified Industrial Engineer to deliver process optimization, production line redesign, and operational efficiency services at the client's facility located in the United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi. This document constitutes a formal Quotation Estimate and does not represent a binding contract until both parties execute the definitive service agreement in accordance with the terms outlined herein.
The following scope of work defines the professional services to be rendered by our senior Industrial Engineer, who holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from Khalifa University, Abu Dhabi, and possesses over twelve (12) years of hands-on experience in manufacturing and logistics operations within the United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi industrial sector:
- Process Mapping & Analysis: Conduct a full value-stream mapping of the client's existing production lines at the KIZ1 facility in United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi, identifying bottlenecks, redundancies, and non-value-adding activities across all three operational shifts.
- Production Line Redesign: Develop and deliver a revised layout plan for the assembly and packaging lines, incorporating ergonomic assessments, material flow optimization, and workstation balancing to reduce cycle time by a minimum of 18 percent.
- Capacity Planning & Forecasting: Perform a detailed capacity analysis aligned with the client's projected order volumes for the 2025–2026 fiscal year, providing recommendations for equipment utilization and workforce scheduling.
- Quality Control Integration: Design statistical process control (SPC) protocols and integrate them into the existing quality assurance framework to reduce defect rates and rework costs.
- Lean Manufacturing Implementation: Introduce 5S, Kaizen, and Just-in-Time (JIT) methodologies across the warehouse and production floor, with a structured training program for up to forty (40) client employees.
- Documentation & Reporting: Deliver a comprehensive final report in English and Arabic, including all process maps, redesign blueprints, KPI dashboards, and a 90-day implementation roadmap tailored to the regulatory and operational environment of United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi.
- On-Site Supervision & Support: Provide on-site presence at the client's United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi facility for a minimum of five (5) days per week during the active implementation phase, with remote support available on weekends.

This Quotation Estimate stipulates the following payment schedule, all amounts payable in United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED) via bank transfer to the account of Meridian Industrial Consulting LLC, First Abu Dhabi Bank, United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi branch:
- 30% Advance Payment: AED 101,367.00 due upon signing of the service agreement and prior to commencement of work.
- 40% Milestone Payment: AED 135,156.00 due upon completion and client sign-off of the production line redesign and capacity planning deliverables.
- 30% Final Payment: AED 101,367.00 due upon delivery of the final bilingual report and completion of the 90-day implementation roadmap.
5.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period requires written reconfirmation of pricing by Meridian Industrial Consulting LLC.
5.2 All services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be performed in full compliance with the Federal Decree-Law No. 26 of 2021 on the Regulation of the Private Sector in the United Arab Emirates and all applicable municipal regulations governing industrial operations in Abu Dhabi.
5.3 The Industrial Engineer assigned to this project shall maintain valid professional registration with the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development and shall carry professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of AED 2,000,000.
5.4 The client agrees to provide the Industrial Engineer with unrestricted access to all relevant production data, floor plans, equipment specifications, and personnel records necessary to execute the scope of work at the United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi facility.
5.5 Any changes to the scope of work beyond the parameters defined in Section 2 shall be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued by Meridian Industrial Consulting LLC and must be approved in writing by both parties before additional work commences.
5.6 All intellectual property, process maps, redesign documents, and training materials produced under this engagement shall become the sole property of the client upon full and final payment.
5.7 Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) Financial Disputes Centre, United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Industrial Engineer services in United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this document. This signature does not constitute a final contract but serves as an expression of intent to proceed to the execution of a definitive service agreement.
