This Quotation Estimate is issued by Guangzhou Media & Communications Ltd. to formally outline the costs, deliverables, and professional terms associated with the engagement of a qualified Journalist for on-site media coverage, editorial reporting, and content production services to be conducted within the metropolitan area of China Guangzhou. This document serves as a binding financial proposal and shall remain valid for the period specified above. All rates quoted are inclusive of applicable local taxes unless otherwise noted, and all services will be delivered in accordance with the regulatory framework governing press and media operations in the People's Republic of China.
The Journalist engaged under this Quotation Estimate will provide the following professional services within the China Guangzhou region:
- On-Site News Reporting: The Journalist will attend and cover up to twelve (12) scheduled corporate events, press conferences, and industry exhibitions held across Guangzhou's major venues, including the Canton Fair Complex, Guangzhou International Convention Center, and the Haizhu Wetland Business Park.
- Editorial Content Production: A minimum of twenty (20) long-form articles (1,500–3,000 words each) will be produced, covering economic development, cultural heritage, and technological innovation themes specific to the China Guangzhou region.
- Interview Coordination: The Journalist will conduct and transcribe no fewer than fifteen (15) in-depth interviews with local business leaders, government officials, and academic experts based in Guangzhou.
- Photojournalism Support: High-resolution photographic documentation (minimum 500 images) will accompany all written reports, captured by the Journalist or an assigned visual assistant.
- Translation & Localization: All content will be delivered in both Simplified Chinese and English, with the Journalist ensuring cultural and linguistic accuracy appropriate for the China Guangzhou audience and international readership.
- Regulatory Compliance: The Journalist will ensure all reporting adheres to the Press Law of the People's Republic of China, local Guangzhou municipal media regulations, and any client-specific editorial guidelines.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period requires written reconfirmation of all rates and availability of the assigned Journalist.
- Payment terms: 40% advance deposit upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% upon completion of the first fifteen (15) working days of Journalist engagement in China Guangzhou; 20% final settlement within ten (10) business days of project completion and final content delivery.
- All payments shall be made in Chinese Yuan (CNY) via bank transfer to the account of Guangzhou Media & Communications Ltd., Bank of China, Tianhe Branch, Guangzhou. International wire transfers in USD will be converted at the prevailing PBOC rate on the date of receipt.
- The Journalist assigned under this engagement holds a valid Press Card issued by the National Press and Publication Administration of China and is fully authorized to conduct reporting activities within the administrative boundaries of Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province.
- Any changes to the scope of services, additional days of engagement, or modifications to the deliverables in China Guangzhou must be documented in a written Change Order signed by both parties before execution. Additional costs will be calculated at the unit rates specified in Section 3 of this Quotation Estimate.
- All intellectual property rights in the final content (articles, photographs, transcripts) shall transfer to the Client upon full payment. The Journalist retains the right to display the work in a professional portfolio, subject to a 90-day embargo agreed upon by the Client.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies affecting operations in China Guangzhou.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration at the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), Guangzhou Sub-Commission.
- The Client acknowledges that the Journalist will operate in accordance with all applicable Chinese media regulations, and the Client agrees to provide all necessary access, credentials, and background materials required for the reporting activities in China Guangzhou.
By signing below, the Client confirms acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes Guangzhou Media & Communications Ltd. to proceed with the engagement of the Journalist for the services described herein, to be executed in China Guangzhou as outlined in this document.
