This Quotation Estimate is issued by MediaBridge Communications Ltd. to provide a comprehensive and transparent breakdown of costs associated with the engagement of a professional Journalist for media coverage, editorial content production, and on-site reporting services to be conducted in Israel Tel Aviv. This document serves as a formal proposal outlining the scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and all associated financial charges. The client is requested to review this Quotation Estimate in its entirety before proceeding with acceptance.
The following services will be delivered by a qualified and experienced Journalist operating within the Israel Tel Aviv metropolitan area and its surrounding regions:
- On-Site News Reporting: The Journalist will conduct live reporting from designated locations across Israel Tel Aviv, including but not limited to the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, the city hall, major cultural venues, and government press offices. A minimum of 12 on-site reporting days is included in this engagement.
- Editorial Content Production: The Journalist will produce a minimum of 20 long-form articles (1,500–3,000 words each) covering topics relevant to the client's industry, with all content researched, written, and edited in accordance with international journalistic standards applicable in Israel Tel Aviv.
- Interview Coordination and Conduct: The Journalist will arrange and conduct a minimum of 8 in-depth interviews with industry leaders, government officials, and subject-matter experts based in Israel Tel Aviv. All interviews will be recorded, transcribed, and summarized.
- Press Conference Coverage: Full coverage of up to 4 press conferences or public events held in Israel Tel Aviv, including pre-event preparation, live reporting, and post-event publication within 24 hours.
- Photographic and Visual Documentation: The Journalist will capture a minimum of 150 high-resolution photographs per event, suitable for publication in print and digital media outlets operating in Israel Tel Aviv.

4.1 A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the grand total ($13,965.30) is due upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to confirm the Journalist's availability and secure the engagement schedule in Israel Tel Aviv.
4.2 The remaining 70% ($32,585.70) shall be payable in two equal installments: 50% upon completion of the first reporting phase (Day 6) and 50% upon final delivery of all deliverables.
4.3 All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of MediaBridge Communications Ltd., Bank of Israel, Tel Aviv branch. Payment is due within 14 calendar days of invoice issuance.
4.4 Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month, in accordance with the Israeli Late Payment Law (5761-2001).
5.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all rates and availability of the Journalist are subject to re-evaluation.
5.2 The Journalist engaged under this agreement shall adhere to the ethical standards set forth by the Israeli Press Council and the International Federation of Journalists.
5.3 All intellectual property rights to the final published content shall transfer to the client upon full payment. The Journalist retains the right to include the work in a professional portfolio.
5.4 Any changes to the scope of work, additional reporting days, or extra events in Israel Tel Aviv beyond those specified herein will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate and mutual written agreement.
5.5 This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved by the competent courts in Tel Aviv, Israel.
5.6 The Journalist shall carry professional liability insurance valid throughout the duration of the engagement in Israel Tel Aviv.
