The Journalist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall be a credentialed, full-time professional with a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in Italian and international media. The Journalist will be based in Italy Rome and will operate primarily from the agency's offices located in the historic centre of Rome, with regular field assignments across the Lazio region. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following deliverables:

  • Editorial Writing: Production of a minimum of twelve (12) long-form articles per month covering cultural, political, economic, and social topics relevant to Italy Rome and the broader Italian national context. Each article shall range between 1,500 and 3,000 words and will be delivered in both Italian and English.
  • Field Reporting and Interviews: Conducting on-site interviews with public officials, cultural institutions, business leaders, and community stakeholders throughout Italy Rome. The Journalist will travel within the Rome metropolitan area (including the municipalities of Tivoli, Viterbo, and Frosinone) as required by the editorial calendar.
  • Investigative Journalism: Allocation of dedicated hours for in-depth investigative pieces, including document review, source verification, and cross-referencing with public records held by the Comune di Roma and regional authorities in Italy Rome.
  • Press Conference Coverage: Attendance and real-time reporting at a minimum of four (4) press events per month held in Italy Rome, including but not limited to events at the Palazzo Senatorio, the Auditorium Parco della Musica, and the Fiera di Roma exhibition centre.
  • Multimedia Content: Production of accompanying photo captions, pull quotes, and short video narration scripts (up to 90 seconds) to support the Journalist's written output for digital and print distribution.

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made via bank transfer (bonifico bancario) to the agency's designated account. The total amount of EUR 38,539.80 shall be invoiced in three equal monthly instalments of EUR 12,846.60, payable within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. The first instalment is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and commencement of the Journalist's engagement. Late payments shall incur a penalty interest rate of 1.5% per month, in accordance with Italian commercial law (Codice Civile, Art. 1284).

  1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and availability of the Journalist are subject to re-evaluation.
  2. The Journalist shall comply with all applicable Italian press laws, including the Legge sulla Stampa (R.D. 653/1948) and the professional code of ethics established by the Ordine dei Giornalisti della Repubblica Italiana.
  3. All intellectual property rights in the written and multimedia content produced by the Journalist shall transfer to the Client upon full payment of the corresponding invoice instalment.
  4. The Client grants the Journalist full access to all relevant materials, venues, and personnel within Italy Rome necessary to fulfil the scope of work described herein.
  5. Any changes to the scope of work, additional field assignments beyond Italy Rome, or extended investigative hours must be agreed upon in writing via a formal amendment to this Quotation Estimate.
  6. This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Italian Republic. Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rome, Italy Rome.
  7. The Journalist shall carry professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of EUR 1,000,000, valid throughout the duration of the engagement in Italy Rome.
  8. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all unpublished material, source identities, and proprietary information encountered during the Journalist's work in Italy Rome.

By signing below, the Client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of the Journalist in Italy Rome. This document, once countersigned by both parties, constitutes a binding service agreement.
