This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by Al-Nahda Media & Communications Group to provide a comprehensive and transparent breakdown of costs associated with the engagement of a professional Journalist for editorial, reporting, and content production services. The scope of work described herein is specifically tailored to the media landscape, regulatory environment, and operational requirements of Kuwait, Kuwait City. This document serves as a binding financial proposal and shall remain valid for the period stated above unless otherwise communicated in writing by either party.
The Journalist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall deliver the following services within the boundaries of Kuwait, Kuwait City, including but not limited to the Salmiya, Salmiya, Hawally, Qurtubah, and Mishref districts:
- On-site news gathering, interviews, and field reporting for print, digital, and broadcast media outlets.
- Writing and editing of long-form articles, investigative pieces, and feature stories in Arabic and English.
- Preparation of press releases, corporate communications, and editorial content for client organizations.
- Attendance at press conferences, government briefings, and public events held in Kuwait City.
- Production of multimedia content including photo essays, short video reports, and audio segments.
- Adherence to the Kuwaiti Press and Publications Law (Law No. 4 of 1964) and all relevant media regulations.

4.1 Payment shall be made in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD) via bank transfer to the account of Al-Nahda Media & Communications Group, Kuwait City, within fourteen (14) calendar days of the invoice date.
4.2 A mobilization advance of 30% of the total Quotation Estimate value shall be due upon written acceptance of this proposal. The remaining 70% shall be payable in two equal installments: 50% upon completion of the first ten (10) working days of Journalist engagement, and 50% upon final delivery and client sign-off of all deliverables.
4.3 Late payments shall attract a penalty of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance, in accordance with Kuwaiti commercial law.
4.4 All rates quoted in this Quotation Estimate are exclusive of any additional travel outside the Kuwait City governorate. Inter-district travel within Kuwait City is included at no extra charge.
5.1 The Journalist shall operate in full compliance with the Kuwaiti Press and Publications Law, the Electronic Media Law, and all directives issued by the Kuwaiti Ministry of Information and the National Media Regulatory Authority.
5.2 All content produced under this engagement shall be the intellectual property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in a separate written addendum to this Quotation Estimate.
5.3 The Journalist is required to maintain professional confidentiality regarding client-sensitive information, unpublished sources, and internal organizational communications encountered during the course of work in Kuwait, Kuwait City.
5.4 Either party may terminate this engagement with a written notice of seven (7) calendar days. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the date of termination, as itemized in this Quotation Estimate.
5.5 Force majeure events, including but not limited to government-mandated closures, public health emergencies, or civil unrest in Kuwait City, shall suspend obligations under this agreement without penalty to either party.
5.6 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a contract until countersigned by both parties. Upon countersignature, it becomes a binding service agreement governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Journalist services in Kuwait, Kuwait City and agrees to the terms, conditions, and financial obligations outlined herein.
