The purpose of this document is to outline the scope of journalistic services, associated costs, deliverables, and contractual terms that will govern the working relationship between our firm and the client. All rates quoted herein are specific to operations conducted within the Federal Capital Territory of Pakistan Islamabad and its immediate environs, including Rawalpindi, Murree, and the surrounding districts where field reporting may be required.

The Journalist to be engaged under this Quotation Estimate will be a credentialed, experienced media professional holding a valid Press Card issued by the Press and Publication Registration Authority (PPRA) of Pakistan. The Journalist will operate in full compliance with the Press and Publication Ordinance 1962, the Electronic Media Regulatory Authority (PEMRA) guidelines, and all applicable laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

The Journalist engaged under this arrangement will perform the following duties within Pakistan Islamabad:

• Conducting in-depth investigative reporting, feature writing, and news coverage on topics designated by the client.
• Attending press conferences, government briefings, and public events held at the Prime Minister's Office, National Assembly, Senate, and provincial secretariats in Islamabad.
• Producing written articles, press releases, and multimedia content (audio/video scripts) for distribution across print, digital, and broadcast platforms.
• Managing the client's media relations and serving as the primary point of contact for local and international news outlets operating in Pakistan Islamabad.
• Providing daily or weekly media monitoring reports summarizing coverage relevant to the client's interests.
• Assisting in the organization and coordination of press events, media tours, and stakeholder briefings within the Islamabad metropolitan area.

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in three equal installments, each due at the beginning of a monthly cycle. The first installment of PKR 692,660 shall be due within seven (7) working days of the client's written acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. Subsequent installments shall be due on the 1st of the second and third months of engagement. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the designated account of MediaBridge Communications (Pvt.) Ltd., National Bank of Pakistan, F-7 Branch, Islamabad. A 1.5% late fee shall apply to any installment not received within the stipulated period.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised to reflect market conditions in Pakistan Islamabad.
• The Journalist engaged shall maintain strict editorial independence while adhering to the client's communication objectives. No content shall be published that violates Pakistani law or the ethical code of the Pakistan Journalists Association.
• All intellectual property rights in written and multimedia content produced under this engagement shall vest in the client upon full payment, subject to the Journalist's right of byline attribution.
• Either party may terminate this engagement with fourteen (14) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the date of termination.
• The Journalist shall comply with all security protocols when reporting in sensitive areas of Pakistan Islamabad, including but not limited to the Red Zone, diplomatic enclaves, and military installations.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties. A separate Service Agreement shall be executed upon acceptance.
• All disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Islamabad, Pakistan, in accordance with the Arbitration Act 1940.

By signing below, the client acknowledges that this Quotation Estimate has been reviewed in its entirety and that the terms, conditions, and financial obligations pertaining to the engagement of the Journalist in Pakistan Islamabad are understood and accepted.
