This Quotation Estimate is issued by Brussels Professional Evaluators S.A. in response to the formal request submitted by the European Innovation & Excellence Forum for the professional services of a qualified Judge (hereinafter referred to as the "Judge") to preside over and evaluate entries at the 2025 Forum taking place in Belgium Brussels. The Judge shall be responsible for the impartial assessment, scoring, and final adjudication of all submitted entries across the three competition categories: Technology Innovation, Sustainable Enterprise, and Social Impact. The Judge will operate in full compliance with the ethical standards set forth by the Belgian Federal Ministry of Justice and the European Commission's guidelines on fair evaluation practices applicable within the territory of Belgium Brussels.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and availability of the Judge may be subject to revision.
- The Judge engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall be a certified professional evaluator registered with the Belgian Federal Institute for the Promotion of Innovation by Science and Technology (BRIXT) and shall hold no conflicts of interest with any of the 147 entries submitted for the Belgium Brussels Forum.
- All services described herein shall be performed within the municipality of Brussels, Belgium, or its immediate metropolitan area. Any travel outside the Belgium Brussels region shall be quoted separately.
- Payment terms: 40% of the total amount (EUR 5,301.82) shall be due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; the remaining 60% (EUR 7,952.73) shall be due within thirty (30) days of the completion of the Judge's final written report.
- The Judge is bound by a strict confidentiality agreement covering all entry materials, scoring deliberations, and proprietary information disclosed during the evaluation process in Belgium Brussels.
- Should the event in Belgium Brussels be postponed or cancelled by the organising committee, the Judge shall be compensated for 50% of the total Quotation Estimate amount as a cancellation fee, provided notice is given fewer than fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled event date.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties. Upon signature, it shall form part of the master service agreement governing the Judge's engagement for the Belgium Brussels Forum.
- All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Brussels, Belgium, in accordance with Belgian civil and commercial law.
- The Judge reserves the right to recuse from the evaluation process should a conflict of interest be identified at any stage prior to the final verdict in Belgium Brussels.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for the Judge services in Belgium Brussels and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein. This document shall serve as the formal basis for the engagement of the Judge for the 2025 European Innovation & Excellence Forum.
