2. Scope of Services – Judge Engagement
This Quotation Estimate outlines the professional fees and associated costs for the engagement of qualified Judge personnel to preside over, evaluate, and adjudicate all categories of the aforementioned competition held in São Paulo, Brazil. The services encompass the full spectrum of judicial evaluation duties, including but not limited to: preliminary screening of entries, live scoring during competition rounds, deliberation sessions, award determination, and the issuance of formal written judgments and feedback reports to all participating contestants.
All Judge personnel engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall be vetted professionals with a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in their respective evaluation disciplines. Each Judge shall comply with the ethical standards established by the Brazilian Association of Professional Evaluators (ABAPE) and shall sign a non-disclosure and impartiality agreement prior to the commencement of the event in São Paulo.

4. Terms and Conditions
This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Payment terms are structured as follows: fifty percent (50%) of the grand total shall be due upon execution of the service contract, and the remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be due within fifteen (15) business days following the conclusion of the event in São Paulo. All amounts are quoted in Brazilian Reais (BRL) and are subject to the prevailing tax regulations of the State of São Paulo and the Federal Republic of Brazil.
Any modification to the scope of Judge services, including additional evaluation categories, extended event durations, or changes to the venue within São Paulo, shall require a formal amendment to this Quotation Estimate and mutual written consent from both parties. The client reserves the right to request a replacement of any Judge individual for cause, provided that a written notice is submitted no fewer than seven (7) calendar days prior to the event commencement.
Important Note: This Quotation Estimate is a non-binding preliminary document. It does not constitute a formal contract or a legally enforceable agreement. A definitive service contract, governed by the Brazilian Civil Code (Código Civil Brasileiro, Lei nº 10.406/2002) and applicable São Paulo municipal regulations, must be executed prior to the commencement of any Judge services. All intellectual property rights pertaining to evaluation methodologies, scoring rubrics, and judgment templates remain the exclusive property of Meridian Evaluation Services Ltda.5.
