The Provider shall supply a fully certified and experienced Judge (hereinafter "the Judge") to serve as the presiding adjudicator for the 2025 Tokyo International Excellence Awards. The Judge shall be responsible for evaluating all submitted entries, conducting deliberations, issuing final verdicts, and presiding over the public awards ceremony. All services shall be rendered within the jurisdiction of Japan Tokyo, specifically at the Tokyo International Forum, Marunouchi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, and any ancillary venues designated by the Client within the 23 special wards of Tokyo.
The Judge shall possess a minimum of fifteen (15) years of professional adjudication experience, hold a valid accreditation from the International Adjudication Board (IAB), and demonstrate fluency in both Japanese and English to ensure seamless communication with all participants, sponsors, and media representatives present in Japan Tokyo.

* All amounts are quoted in Japanese Yen (JPY). Exchange rate reference at time of issue: 1 USD ≈ 155 JPY. Final settlement shall be made in JPY via bank transfer to the Provider's designated account in Tokyo, Japan.
- Advance Payment (50%): JPY 1,392,600 due within seven (7) business days of acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
- Balance Payment (50%): JPY 1,392,600 due within fourteen (14) business days following the conclusion of the Judge's final public appearance in Japan Tokyo.
- Payments shall be made via wire transfer to: Meridian Professional Services Co., Ltd., Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Account No. 000-1234-5678, SWIFT: BOTKJPJT.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and availability of the Judge are subject to revision.
- The Provider reserves the right to substitute the designated Judge with an equally qualified alternative should the primary Judge become unavailable due to force majeure, provided prior written notice is given to the Client no fewer than fourteen (14) days before the event in Japan Tokyo.
- All services rendered by the Judge shall comply with the laws and regulations of the State of Japan, including but not limited to the Act on the Status of Foreigners and local Tokyo municipal ordinances governing public events.
- The Client shall provide the Judge with all necessary entry materials, evaluation criteria, and logistical support no later than ten (10) business days prior to the commencement of adjudication duties in Tokyo.
- Confidentiality: The Judge and the Provider shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all deliberations, scores, and proprietary information encountered during the engagement in Japan Tokyo. A mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) shall be executed prior to the event.
- Liability: The Provider's total liability under this Quotation Estimate shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client. The Provider shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any disputes arising therefrom shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Tokyo, Japan, in accordance with the rules of the Japan Commercial Arbitration Association (JCAA).
- Cancellation: Cancellation by the Client more than thirty (30) days before the event shall incur a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellation within thirty (30) days shall incur a 50% fee. Cancellation within seven (7) days shall result in full forfeiture of the advance payment.
By signing below, the Client acknowledges and accepts all terms, conditions, and cost estimates set forth in this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of the Judge in Japan Tokyo. This document constitutes a binding agreement upon execution by both parties.
