Prepared for the deployment and implementation of the Judge evaluation and scoring platform in New Zealand Auckland.
This Quotation Estimate has been prepared in response to the formal request issued by the Auckland Regional Events Authority for the supply, installation, configuration, and ongoing support of the Judge evaluation and scoring platform. The Judge system is a comprehensive digital solution designed to manage the assessment, scoring, and adjudication processes for competitive events, trade exhibitions, and public competitions held throughout the Auckland region of New Zealand.
The scope of this Quotation Estimate encompasses all hardware, software licensing, professional services, training, and post-implementation support required to bring the Judge platform fully operational within the Auckland metropolitan area. All pricing is quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and is inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the current rate of 15%, in accordance with the New Zealand Goods and Services Tax Act 1985.
The Judge platform will be deployed to serve as the centralised adjudication engine for all qualifying events registered with the Auckland Regional Events Authority. The system will support up to 500 concurrent evaluators, process real-time scoring submissions, generate certified result reports, and maintain a tamper-evident audit trail in compliance with New Zealand data privacy legislation (Privacy Act 2020).
The implementation will be conducted across three primary Auckland venues: the Auckland Convention & Exhibition Centre (ADEX), the SkyCity Auckland event hall, and the Manukau Civic Centre. Each site will receive a dedicated Judge terminal cluster, local network infrastructure upgrades, and on-site technical support during the initial deployment phase.

Upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, the Judge platform implementation in New Zealand Auckland will proceed according to the following schedule:
- Weeks 1–2: Procurement of Judge terminal hardware and network equipment; site surveys at all three Auckland venues.
- Weeks 3–4: On-site installation, cabling, and network configuration at ADEX, SkyCity Auckland, and Manukau Civic Centre.
- Week 5: Software deployment, Judge system customisation, and integration testing with the Auckland Regional Events Authority database.
- Week 6: User acceptance testing (UAT) with a pilot group of Judge panel members; defect resolution.
- Week 7: Full training delivery and go-live across all Auckland sites.
- Week 8: Hypercare support period (dedicated on-site engineer in Auckland for the first 10 business days post go-live).
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all prices are subject to revision due to market fluctuations, particularly in hardware component costs within New Zealand.
- Payment terms: 40% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% upon successful completion of installation and UAT in Auckland; 20% upon final sign-off and commencement of the maintenance contract.
- All work will be performed in accordance with the New Zealand Building Act 2004 (where applicable to physical installations), the Privacy Act 2020, and the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
- The Judge platform software licence is non-transferable and is restricted to use within the Auckland region of New Zealand unless a written extension is agreed upon by both parties.
- Any variation to the scope of work outlined in this Quotation Estimate must be agreed in writing prior to commencement of the additional work. Variations will be priced separately and are not included in the total stated above.
- Warranty: All Judge terminal hardware carries a 24-month manufacturer's warranty. The software carries a 12-month defect liability period from the date of go-live.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Purchase Order or signed Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or any subsequent contract will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the District Court of Auckland, New Zealand.
By signing below, the authorised representative of the Auckland Regional Events Authority acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for the Judge platform and agrees to the terms and conditions set out herein. This signature constitutes a formal request to proceed with the procurement and implementation of the Judge system in New Zealand Auckland.
