The Judge engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall be a registered legal practitioner or certified adjudicator with a minimum of fifteen (15) years of relevant experience in the South African judicial and quasi-judicial system, fully compliant with the requirements set out by the South African Judiciary and the relevant provincial High Court in Gauteng.

The services encompass the Judge's attendance at all scheduled sessions, the preparation of written findings and reasoned judgments, the management of procedural matters, the facilitation of evidence presentation, and the delivery of final determinations in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. All proceedings will be conducted in the English language unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Judge will operate from the client's designated venue within the Johannesburg metropolitan area, including but not limited to Sandton, Rosebank, or the Johannesburg CBD.

• A deposit of 50% (R 102,085.50) of the total Quotation Estimate amount is due upon acceptance of this document and prior to the Judge's first scheduled day of engagement in Johannesburg, South Africa.
• The remaining 50% balance (R 102,085.50) shall be invoiced within five (5) business days following the delivery of the final written judgment or adjudication report by the Judge.
• All payments are to be made via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the company's designated bank account in South Africa. Cheques are not accepted.
• Overdue payments shall attract interest at the rate of 1.5% per month, compounded monthly, in accordance with the National Credit Act of South Africa.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Thereafter, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Johannesburg, South Africa.
• The Judge's availability is subject to prior confirmation. A confirmed booking is only finalised upon receipt of the 50% deposit and a signed engagement letter.
• The Judge shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proceedings, documents, and information encountered during the engagement, in compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) of South Africa.
• The client is responsible for providing a suitable, secure, and adequately equipped venue for all Judge sessions within the Johannesburg metropolitan area, including seating, audio-visual equipment, and secure document storage.
• Any additional days, extended sessions, or scope changes beyond those itemised in this Quotation Estimate will be billed at the applicable daily or hourly rates and require prior written approval from both parties.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and returned the acceptance section below.
• Governing law: The laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of South Africa, Gauteng Division, Johannesburg.
