This Quotation Estimate is issued by Judge Arbitration & Mediation Services S.L. (hereinafter referred to as "Judge") to provide a comprehensive, itemised cost breakdown for the engagement of a private Judge panel to resolve a commercial dispute between the Client and a third-party counterparty. All services described herein shall be rendered in accordance with the legal framework of the Kingdom of Spain, specifically within the jurisdiction of Madrid, and shall comply with the provisions of Ley 36/2011 de 10 de octubre, reguladora de la arbitraje comercial, as well as the procedural norms established by the Juzgados de Primera Instancia and the Audiencia Provincial de Madrid.
The Judge panel, as constituted under this Quotation Estimate, shall act as an independent, impartial, and legally qualified adjudicatory body. The panel will be composed of three (3) licensed Spanish advocates (abogados colegiados) with a minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in commercial and corporate law, registered with the Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Madrid (ICAM). The presiding Judge of the panel shall hold a doctorate in Law from a recognised Spanish university and shall have previously served in a judicial or quasi-judicial capacity within the Madrid legal system.

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Judge Arbitration & Mediation Services S.L. at Banco Santander, IBAN: ES91 0049 0001 5320 1234 5678, Madrid, Spain. The payment schedule is as follows:
- 40% advance payment (€11,470.80) due upon execution of the engagement contract, prior to the commencement of any service.
- 40% interim payment (€11,470.80) due upon completion of the second hearing and delivery of the certified transcript.
- 20% final payment (€5,735.40) due within fifteen (15) calendar days of the issuance of the final arbitral award.
All amounts are quoted in Euros (EUR) and are subject to the standard Spanish Value Added Tax (Impuesto sobre el Valor Añadido – IVA) at the current rate of 21%. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by Ley 3/2004 de 29 de diciembre, por la que se establecen medidas de lucha contra la morosidad en las operaciones comerciales.
- This Quotation Estimate is a non-binding document and does not constitute a contract. A formal engagement contract (contrato de prestación de servicios) must be executed by both parties before any services commence.
- The Judge panel guarantees full independence and impartiality. No member of the panel shall have any prior professional or personal relationship with either party to the dispute.
- All proceedings shall be conducted in the Spanish language. An English translation of the final award may be provided at an additional cost of €850.00 + IVA, to be invoiced separately.
- The Client agrees to provide all relevant documentation, correspondence, and evidence to the Judge panel within the timelines specified in the procedural calendar. Failure to do so may result in delays and additional charges at the rate of €185.00 per hour.
- Confidentiality is strictly maintained in accordance with the Ley Orgánica 3/2018 de Protección de Datos Personales y garantía de los derechos digitales (Spanish GDPR). All case materials shall be stored in secure facilities located in Madrid, Spain, and shall be destroyed or returned within ninety (90) days of the final award, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- The final arbitral award issued by the Judge panel shall be binding and enforceable in the courts of Madrid and throughout the Kingdom of Spain, as well as in any other jurisdiction party to the 1958 New York Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Should the Client wish to proceed after the expiry date, a revised Quotation Estimate shall be issued reflecting any changes in applicable fees or tax rates in Spain.
- Any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent engagement contract shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts of Madrid, Spain, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction.
By signing below, the Client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorises Judge Arbitration & Mediation Services S.L. to proceed with the engagement upon execution of the formal contract. This signature does not, in itself, create a binding obligation to pay; such obligation arises only upon the signing of the definitive engagement contract.
