This Quotation Estimate is issued by Helvetia Professional Judging Services AG in response to the formal request submitted by the Zurich International Arts & Innovation Foundation for the engagement of qualified Judge professionals to evaluate, assess, and render decisions during the upcoming "Zurich Excellence Awards 2025" ceremony and its associated preliminary selection rounds. The scope of this Quotation Estimate encompasses all Judge-related services to be delivered within the canton of Switzerland Zurich, including but not limited to on-site judging panels, remote evaluation sessions, written assessment reports, and post-event advisory consultations.
The term "Judge" as used throughout this Quotation Estimate refers to a credentialed, independent professional evaluator appointed to assess entries, performances, or submissions against predefined criteria. Each Judge engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall hold a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant professional experience, a recognized academic or industry credential, and a demonstrated commitment to impartiality and confidentiality in accordance with Swiss federal and cantonal standards for professional evaluation.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and availability of Judge professionals are subject to revision.
- Payment terms: 50% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 50% balance due within fourteen (14) days following the completion of all Judge services in Switzerland Zurich.
- All Judge professionals engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and a conflict-of-interest declaration prior to commencing any evaluation activity.
- The client reserves the right to request a substitution of any individual Judge named in the preliminary roster, provided that the replacement meets the same qualification thresholds outlined in Section 1.
- All services shall be performed in compliance with applicable Swiss federal law, the cantonal regulations of Switzerland Zurich, and the professional code of conduct for independent evaluators.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to public health restrictions affecting gatherings in Switzerland Zurich, shall be addressed through mutual written agreement between the parties.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties. Acceptance is confirmed by written signature or electronic acknowledgment.
