This Quotation Estimate is issued by Meridian Event Advisory LLC in response to the formal request for professional Judge services to be deployed at the 2025 Abu Dhabi International Innovation & Excellence Awards Ceremony. The engagement encompasses the recruitment, coordination, and on-site management of a distinguished panel of Judges who will evaluate, score, and provide written assessments for all nominated entries across the designated categories. All Judge personnel will operate in full compliance with the regulations of the United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi municipality, the Abu Dhabi Tourism & Culture Authority, and applicable federal labour and professional standards.

All amounts are quoted in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED). A 5% Value Added Tax (VAT) as mandated by the Federal Tax Authority of the United Arab Emirates has been applied to the subtotal. This Quotation Estimate does not include any third-party venue, catering, or audio-visual costs unless explicitly stated.
3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period is subject to re-confirmation of all Judge availability and rates.
3.2 Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the Grand Total shall be due within seven (7) business days of written acceptance. The remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be settled within fourteen (14) calendar days following the successful completion of the event and delivery of the Consolidated Judging Report.
3.3 Judge Availability & Substitution: Meridian Event Advisory LLC shall make reasonable efforts to confirm the named Judge profiles. In the unlikely event a Judge is unavailable, a substitute of equivalent or superior qualification shall be proposed to the client for written approval no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the event date.
3.4 Confidentiality: All Judge personnel shall execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to the event. Scoring data, deliberation notes, and candidate information shall be treated as strictly confidential in accordance with the data protection laws of the United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi jurisdiction.
3.5 Cancellation Policy: Cancellation by the client more than twenty-one (21) days before the event shall incur a fee of twenty-five percent (25%) of the Grand Total. Cancellation between fourteen (14) and twenty-one (21) days shall incur fifty percent (50%). Cancellation within fourteen (14) days shall incur one hundred percent (100%) of the Grand Total.
3.6 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the specific regulations of Abu Dhabi. Any disputes shall be resolved through the Abu Dhabi Courts or, at the mutual written agreement of both parties, through arbitration administered by the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) Financial Disputes Centre.
3.7 Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to government directives, natural disasters, or public health emergencies as declared by the United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi authorities.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for Judge services to be rendered in United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi. This document, once countersigned by both parties, shall constitute a binding service agreement.
