This Quotation Estimate is issued by Judge & Whitmore Professional Services Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Provider") in respect of the professional engagement of a qualified Judge for the purpose of presiding over commercial dispute mediation and arbitration proceedings to be conducted in London, United Kingdom. The Judge shall serve in a neutral, impartial capacity in accordance with the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) and the applicable provisions of the Arbitration Act 1996 as amended.
The services encompass the full judicial function required for the referenced proceedings, including but not limited to: case management and procedural direction, hearing of oral and written submissions from all parties, evaluation of documentary and expert evidence, delivery of reasoned interim and final awards, and post-hearing administrative correspondence. The Judge shall be available for a minimum of twelve (12) full working days within the period of 1 September 2025 to 30 November 2025, with the principal hearing sessions to be held at the Provider's chambers in the City of London, United Kingdom.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Should the Client wish to proceed beyond this period, a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting any changes in the Judge's availability or prevailing market rates in London, United Kingdom, shall be issued.
- All fees are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current United Kingdom rate of 20%, which is added as a separate line item. The Provider's VAT registration number is GB 987 6543 21.
- Payment terms: 40% of the total estimated cost shall be due upon execution of the engagement letter; 40% shall be due upon delivery of the interim award; and the remaining 20% (including any drawn contingency) shall be due within fourteen (14) days of delivery of the final award. All payments shall be made by direct bank transfer to the Provider's designated account in London, United Kingdom.
- The Judge shall be bound by a strict code of professional conduct, including duties of impartiality, confidentiality, and independence as prescribed under the Arbitration Act 1996 and the LCIA Rules. The Judge shall disclose any actual or potential conflict of interest prior to the commencement of proceedings.
- All proceedings, documents, and awards shall be conducted and stored in accordance with the United Kingdom Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK GDPR. The Provider maintains ISO 27001-certified data security protocols at its London premises.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal engagement letter, incorporating these terms and any additional conditions agreed between the parties, must be executed by both the Provider and the Client before any services are commenced.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent engagement shall be resolved by arbitration seated in London, United Kingdom, in accordance with the LCIA Rules. The governing law of this document is the law of England and Wales.
- The Provider reserves the right to substitute the named Judge with a suitably qualified alternative of equivalent seniority, provided that the Client is given no fewer than seven (7) days' prior written notice and the substitution does not alter the fee structure set out in this Quotation Estimate.
By signing below, the Client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Judge services in London, United Kingdom, and confirms that the estimated costs, scope of work, and terms set forth herein are acceptable. This signature does not, in itself, constitute a binding engagement; a separate engagement letter must be executed to formalise the appointment of the Judge.
