The Laboratory Technician position described in this Quotation Estimate encompasses a full-time role (40 hours per week) within the clinical chemistry and hematology departments of the client's facility in Germany Frankfurt. The candidate will be responsible for performing routine and specialized laboratory analyses, operating automated and manual diagnostic equipment, maintaining quality control protocols in accordance with German medical laboratory standards (RiliBÄK), and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations set forth by the Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices (BfArM) and the German Medical Association (Bundesärztekammer).

The Laboratory Technician placed under this Quotation Estimate must meet the following minimum criteria to ensure operational excellence within the Germany Frankfurt laboratory environment:
• Completed professional training as a Medical Laboratory Technician (Medizinisch-technischer Laboratoriumsassistent / MTLA) or equivalent qualification recognized in Germany.
• Minimum of three (3) years of practical experience in clinical laboratory settings, preferably in a hospital or diagnostic center in Germany Frankfurt or the broader Hesse region.
• Proficiency in operating automated analyzers (e.g., Roche, Siemens, Abbott platforms) and manual laboratory techniques.
• Working knowledge of German laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and electronic health record integration.
• Fluency in German (minimum C1 level) and working proficiency in English.
• Valid professional registration with the relevant German state medical association (Landesärztekammer Hessen).
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) standards.
4.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all pricing and terms are subject to revision without prior notice.
4.2 Payment Terms: The recruitment and onboarding fees (Items 1–3) are due within fourteen (14) days of the Laboratory Technician's successful start date. The monthly staffing management fee (Item 4) is invoiced in arrears on the last working day of each calendar month. All payments are to be made via bank transfer to the account specified on the invoice.
4.3 Contract Duration: The placement of the Laboratory Technician is initially agreed for a period of twelve (12) months. Thereafter, the engagement may be extended on a month-to-month basis by mutual written agreement between both parties.
4.4 Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all patient data, laboratory results, and proprietary operational information encountered during the Laboratory Technician's tenure in Germany Frankfurt. This obligation survives the termination of this agreement for a period of five (5) years.
4.5 Liability and Insurance: MediStaff Solutions GmbH shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of EUR 5,000,000 per claim. The Laboratory Technician shall be covered under the client's occupational health and safety provisions as mandated by German labor law (ArbSchG).
4.6 Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with a written notice period of thirty (30) days. In the event of early termination by the client without cause, a pro-rata portion of the remaining monthly fees shall be due.
4.7 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and the resulting contractual relationship shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the placement of the Laboratory Technician in Germany Frankfurt. This signature constitutes a binding acceptance of the quotation and authorizes MediStaff Solutions GmbH to commence the recruitment and placement process.
