The following services are included in this Quotation Estimate for the Laboratory Technician role:

• Recruitment & Sourcing: Identification, screening, and shortlisting of qualified Laboratory Technician candidates with a minimum of three (3) years of experience in clinical, pharmaceutical, or research laboratory environments within Mexico City and surrounding areas.
• Technical Assessment: Administration of practical and theoretical evaluations to verify the candidate's proficiency in sample preparation, instrument calibration, quality control procedures, and compliance with NOM-019-SSA1 and COFEPRIS regulations applicable in Mexico.
• Background Verification: Complete verification of academic credentials (Bachillerato en Ciencias or Licenciatura en Biología/Química), professional licenses, work history, and criminal record checks conducted in accordance with Mexican labor law (Ley Federal del Trabajo).
• Placement & Onboarding: Facilitation of the hiring process, contract preparation compliant with Mexican labor legislation, and a structured 30-day onboarding program at the client's facility in Mexico City.
• Ongoing Support (12 Months): Dedicated account management, performance monitoring, replacement guarantee (up to 90 days), and quarterly competency reviews for the placed Laboratory Technician.

• 30% Advance Payment: Due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate (MXN $33,616.80).
• 40% Milestone Payment: Due upon successful placement and commencement of the onboarding program in Mexico City (MXN $44,822.40).
• 30% Final Payment: Due at the completion of the 30-day onboarding period (MXN $33,616.80).
• Monthly support fees (Item 06) are billed on the 1st of each month via bank transfer to the account specified in the service agreement.
• All payments are to be made in Mexican Pesos (MXN) to the designated bank account of BioTech Staffing Solutions S.A. de C.V., Mexico City.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Mexico City.
• The Laboratory Technician candidate will be employed under a direct contract with the client organization, in full compliance with the Ley Federal del Trabajo (LFT) and registered with the Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social (IMSS) as required by Mexican law.
• BioTech Staffing Solutions S.A. de C.V. shall not be liable for the performance of the Laboratory Technician beyond the 90-day replacement guarantee period.
• All personal data processed during recruitment and placement shall be handled in accordance with the Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares (Mexico).
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties execute the definitive Service Agreement.
• Any changes to the scope of services must be agreed upon in writing and may result in a revised Quotation Estimate.
• Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Mexico City, Mexico, in accordance with the rules of the Centro de Arbitraje y Conciliación de la CDMX.
