The following services are included in this Quotation Estimate for the recruitment and placement of a Laboratory Technician in Thailand Bangkok:
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing of qualified Laboratory Technician candidates with a minimum of three (3) years of experience in clinical or research laboratory settings.
- Verification of academic credentials, professional certifications (including Thai Ministry of Public Health laboratory accreditation), and prior employment references.
- Administrative support for work permit and visa processing for the Laboratory Technician in accordance with Thai immigration and labor regulations applicable in Thailand Bangkok.
- Onboarding coordination, including orientation to the client's laboratory protocols, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
- A six-month (6-month) replacement guarantee period should the placed Laboratory Technician resign or be terminated for cause within the initial employment period.

The total amount stated in this Quotation Estimate shall be paid as follows:
- 50% advance payment (THB 81,587.50) due upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the Service Agreement.
- 40% milestone payment (THB 65,270.00) due upon successful placement and first-day onboarding of the Laboratory Technician.
- 10% final payment (THB 16,317.50) due upon completion of the thirty-day probationary period of the Laboratory Technician.
All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified in the Service Agreement. Invoices will be issued in Thai Baht (THB) and are payable within fourteen (14) calendar days of invoice date. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month as permitted under Thai commercial law.
- This Quotation Estimate is non-binding until formally accepted in writing by the client and countersigned by both parties.
- The Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Any acceptance after the expiry date requires re-issuance and may be subject to revised rates.
- All services related to the Laboratory Technician placement will be performed in compliance with the Thai Labour Protection Act B.E. 2541 (1998) and applicable regulations in Thailand Bangkok.
- The Laboratory Technician shall be employed directly by the client. Professional Staffing & Recruitment Services acts solely as a recruitment and advisory intermediary and assumes no employer liability.
- Confidentiality: All candidate data, client operational information, and the terms of this Quotation Estimate shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without mutual written consent.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government mandates, or public health emergencies affecting Thailand Bangkok.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting Service Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts in Thailand Bangkok.
- Any amendments to this Quotation Estimate must be made in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both parties.
