This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by Estudio Jurídico Fernández & Asociados, a registered law firm operating in Buenos Aires, Argentina, to provide the client with a comprehensive and transparent breakdown of the professional fees, expenses, and charges associated with the legal services to be rendered by our Lawyer team. This document serves as a binding proposal for the scope of work described herein and is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. All fees quoted are subject to the applicable tax regulations of the Argentine Republic, including the General Sales Tax (IVA) at the current rate of 21%, as governed by the Administración Federal de Ingresos Públicos (AFIP).

The undersigned Lawyer, Lic. Roberto A. Fernández (Matrícula CABA N° 45.678), together with the supporting legal team at our Buenos Aires office, proposes to provide the following professional services to the client:

Comprehensive legal consultation and advisory regarding the client's commercial lease dispute with a third-party property owner located in the city of Buenos Aires.
Preparation, review, and filing of all necessary legal documentation before the Civil and Commercial Courts of the City of Buenos Aires (Justicia Civil y Comercial de la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires).
Representation of the client in all procedural stages, including but not limited to the initial complaint (demanda), evidentiary phase, oral hearing (audiencia de prueba), and final judgment proceedings.
Negotiation and mediation services in accordance with the Argentine Civil and Commercial Code (Código Civil y Comercial de la Nación, Ley 26.994) and the applicable procedural norms of the City of Buenos Aires.
Post-judgment enforcement actions, including the execution of the final ruling and coordination with the relevant enforcement court (Juzgado de Ejecución) in Buenos Aires.
Monthly progress reports and direct communication with the client regarding the status of the legal matter.

The following Quotation Estimate details the professional fees and associated costs for the legal services described above. All amounts are expressed in Argentine Pesos (ARS) unless otherwise indicated.

The total amount set forth in this Quotation Estimate shall be paid according to the following schedule:

30% advance payment (ARS 747,780) upon execution of the professional services contract (contrato de prestación de servicios profesionales), to be paid within five (5) business days of signing.
40% interim payment (ARS 997,040) due upon the filing of the initial complaint and the commencement of the procedural phase before the Buenos Aires court.
30% final payment (ARS 747,780) due upon the conclusion of the enforcement phase or the final resolution of the matter, whichever occurs first.

Payments may be made via bank transfer (transferencia bancaria) to the firm's account at Banco de la Nación Argentina, CBU: 0110001000000000000001, or by certified check. The Lawyer reserves the right to suspend all professional services in the event of non-payment beyond fifteen (15) calendar days from the due date, in accordance with Article 1198 of the Argentine Civil and Commercial Code.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. After this period, fees may be adjusted to reflect changes in the Argentine legal market, court fee schedules, or applicable tax rates in Buenos Aires.
The estimated total amount is a good-faith projection based on the current scope of work. Should the case require additional procedural steps, appeals before the Superior Court of Justice of the City of Buenos Aires (Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires), or unforeseen legal complications, the Lawyer shall issue a supplementary quotation for the additional services prior to their execution.
All professional services shall be performed in strict compliance with the Code of Ethics of the Colegio Público de Abogados de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires and the applicable provisions of the Argentine Civil and Commercial Code.
The client acknowledges that the Lawyer and the firm shall maintain strict confidentiality over all information, documents, and communications received in the course of the professional engagement, in accordance with Article 10 of the Code of Ethics.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a guarantee of any specific legal outcome. The Lawyer shall exercise the highest degree of professional diligence and competence in the representation of the client's interests before the courts of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of this professional services agreement shall be resolved by the competent courts of the City of Buenos Aires, Argentina, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction.
The firm's professional liability is limited to the total fees paid by the client under this engagement, as per the regulations of the Colegio Público de Abogados de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes the Lawyer and Estudio Jurídico Fernández & Asociados to commence the professional legal services described herein in Buenos Aires, Argentina, under the terms and conditions set forth in this document.
