The Lawyer shall provide the following services within the jurisdiction of Peru Lima:

• Initial Legal Consultation: A comprehensive one-hour consultation session at the firm's offices in San Isidro, Peru Lima, to assess the Client's legal matter, identify applicable Peruvian statutes, and determine the optimal litigation or non-litigation strategy.
• Drafting and Filing of Legal Documents: Preparation, review, and submission of all necessary legal instruments, including but not limited to complaints, motions, appeals, and contractual agreements, before the competent courts and administrative bodies in Peru Lima.
• Court Representation: Full representation of the Client before the Juzgado Civil, Juzgado Penal, or Tribunal Constitucional as applicable, within the Lima judicial district of Peru Lima, including all hearings, oral arguments, and procedural appearances.
• Legal Research and Memoranda: Thorough research of Peruvian jurisprudence, legislative updates, and regulatory frameworks relevant to the Client's case, delivered as written legal memoranda.
• Negotiation and Mediation: Representation of the Client in all negotiation sessions, mediation proceedings, and alternative dispute resolution processes conducted in Peru Lima.
• Ongoing Legal Advisory: Monthly advisory sessions (up to two hours per month) to address evolving legal questions and ensure continued compliance with Peruvian law.

The following Quotation Estimate outlines the professional fees charged by the Lawyer for services rendered in Peru Lima. All amounts are expressed in Peruvian Soles (S/.) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise noted.

The Client shall settle the total amount indicated in this Quotation Estimate according to the following schedule, payable to the Lawyer via bank transfer to the firm's account at Banco de Crédito del Perú (BCP), branch San Isidro, Peru Lima:

• 40% Advance Payment: Due upon execution of the legal engagement contract (S/ 19,068.80).
• 30% Mid-Engagement Payment: Due upon completion of all court filings and the first round of hearings (S/ 14,301.60).
• 30% Final Payment: Due upon conclusion of the legal matter or upon the final advisory session (S/ 14,301.60).

Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by the Superintendencia de Banca, Seguros y AFP (SBS) of Peru, applicable to the city of Peru Lima.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, the Lawyer reserves the right to revise fees based on market conditions in Peru Lima.
• All services shall be performed in compliance with the Peruvian Constitution, the Código Procesal Civil, the Código Procesal Penal, and all applicable regulations of the Poder Judicial of Peru Lima.
• The Lawyer guarantees strict confidentiality of all information provided by the Client, in accordance with the professional secrecy obligations under Peruvian law.
• Any additional services beyond the scope described in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written agreement and additional fee schedule.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a guarantee of a specific legal outcome. The Lawyer commits to diligent and zealous representation but cannot guarantee the final decision of any court or administrative body in Peru Lima.
• Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Peru Lima, in accordance with the rules of the Centro de Arbitraje y Conciliación de la Cámara de Comercio de Lima.
