This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by the undersigned Lawyer (Abogado) and their firm, Abogado & Asociados S.L.P., registered and operating in Spain Valencia, to provide the Client with a transparent, itemised, and binding estimate of the professional legal fees and associated costs required to carry out the legal services described herein. This document constitutes a preliminary Quotation Estimate and does not, in itself, create a contractual attorney-client relationship until formally accepted in writing by the Client in accordance with the terms set out in Section 7 of this document.
The Lawyer identified in this Quotation Estimate is duly registered with the Il·lustre Col·legi d'Advocats de València (ICAV) and is authorised to practise law before all courts and tribunals within the Comunitat Valenciana and, by extension, throughout the national territory of Spain. All services contemplated under this Quotation Estimate shall be governed by the Spanish Lawyers' Statute (Estatuto General de la Abogacía Española, Ley 2/74), the applicable provisions of the Spanish Civil Code, and the professional regulations of the ICAV in Spain Valencia.
The Lawyer agrees to provide the following professional legal services to the Client, all to be performed in or related to the jurisdiction of Spain Valencia:
- Initial Legal Consultation and Case Assessment: Comprehensive review of the Client's legal matter, including analysis of applicable Spanish and Comunitat Valenciana legislation, identification of legal risks, and formulation of a strategic legal plan.
- Drafting and Filing of Legal Documents: Preparation, review, and submission of all necessary pleadings, motions, contracts, and correspondence before the competent courts, notaries, or administrative bodies in Valencia and the wider Comunitat Valenciana.
- Court Representation: Full representation of the Client before the Juzgados de Primera Instancia, Juzgados de lo Mercantil, and the Audiencia Provincial de Valencia, including attendance at hearings, trials, and oral proceedings.
- Negotiation and Settlement: Conduct of all negotiations, mediation sessions, and settlement discussions on behalf of the Client, in accordance with Spanish civil procedure law (Ley de Enjuiciamiento Civil).
- Post-Judgment Assistance: Advice and representation regarding enforcement of judgments, appeals before the Tribunal Superior de Justicia de la Comunitat Valenciana, and any subsequent procedural steps.
- General Legal Advisory: Ongoing advisory support on matters of Spanish corporate, civil, or commercial law relevant to the Client's operations in Spain Valencia.
The following Quotation Estimate sets out the estimated professional fees for the Lawyer's services. All amounts are expressed in Euros (EUR) and are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT / IVA), which shall be applied at the current Spanish rate of 21% unless a different rate is legally applicable.

Note: The above Quotation Estimate is a good-faith projection based on the information available at the time of issue. The Lawyer reserves the right to issue a revised Quotation Estimate should the scope of work materially expand beyond the parameters described in Section 2. Any such revision shall be communicated to the Client in writing and shall require the Client's prior written consent before additional fees are incurred.
Payment of the fees set out in this Quotation Estimate shall be made as follows:
- A retainer of 40% of the estimated total (€ 1,960.20 incl. VAT) shall be due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and prior to the commencement of any legal work.
- A further 30% (€ 1,470.15 incl. VAT) shall be due upon the filing of the principal legal action or the conclusion of the first major procedural milestone.
- The remaining 30% (€ 1,470.15 incl. VAT) shall be due upon the final resolution of the matter, including the delivery of the final legal opinion or the conclusion of enforcement proceedings.
- All payments shall be made by bank transfer to the firm's account at CaixaBank, IBAN: ES00 0000 0000 0000 0000 0000, in Valencia, Spain. Invoices shall be issued in accordance with Spanish tax regulations (Ley 58/2003, General Tax Law).
This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue stated above. Acceptance of this Quotation Estimate shall be effected by the Client's written signature on the acceptance block below and the return of a signed copy to the Lawyer's office in Spain Valencia. Upon acceptance, a formal retainer agreement (contrato de encargo) shall be executed in accordance with the provisions of the Spanish Lawyers' Statute and the applicable rules of the ICAV.
The Lawyer and all members of the firm in Spain Valencia shall maintain strict professional confidentiality over all information, documents, and communications received in connection with this engagement, in full compliance with Article 12 of the Estatuto General de la Abogacía Española and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as transposed into Spanish law (LOPDGDD 3/2018). No information pertaining to the Client's matter shall be disclosed to any third party without the Client's express written consent, except where disclosure is mandated by Spanish law or court order.
This Quotation Estimate and any resulting attorney-client relationship shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Spain. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Quotation Estimate or the services provided by the Lawyer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Valencia, Comunitat Valenciana, Spain, unless the parties mutually agree in writing to submit the dispute to mediation before the ICAV's mediation body.
By signing below, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms and conditions set out in this Quotation Estimate. The Lawyer confirms that the fees and services described herein are provided in good faith and in accordance with the professional standards of the legal profession in Spain Valencia.
