1. Scope of Work – Marine Engineer Services in Colombia MedellínThis Quotation Estimate is issued by Oceanic Marine Solutions S.A.S. to provide comprehensive professional services of a certified Marine Engineer for the industrial port facility located in Colombia Medellín. The scope encompasses the full-cycle engineering support required for the maintenance, inspection, and operational optimization of marine infrastructure, including but not limited to dock equipment, ballast systems, propulsion units, and auxiliary mechanical systems serving the inland waterway logistics corridor connecting Medellín to the Pacific port network.
The Marine Engineer assigned to this project will hold a minimum of fifteen (15) years of professional experience in marine mechanical and electrical systems, with specific expertise in Colombian maritime regulations as established by the Agencia Nacional de Puertos (ANP) and the Colombian Navy's maritime authority. All work will be conducted in strict compliance with the technical standards applicable to port operations in Colombia Medellín and its surrounding industrial zones.

3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in Colombia Medellín.
3.2 Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in three (3) equal installments: 40% upon contract signing, 30% at the six-month milestone, and 30% upon final project delivery and acceptance. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by Oceanic Marine Solutions S.A.S.
3.3 Scope Modifications: Any change in the scope of work beyond the parameters described in this Quotation Estimate must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. Additional services rendered by the Marine Engineer outside the agreed scope will be billed at the hourly rate specified in Item 03.
3.4 Insurance and Liability: The Marine Engineer and all supporting personnel shall carry professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of COP 500,000,000. Oceanic Marine Solutions S.A.S. shall maintain workers' compensation coverage in accordance with Colombian labor law (Ley 1562 de 2012).
3.5 Confidentiality: All technical data, operational records, and proprietary information accessed by the Marine Engineer during the execution of this contract in Colombia Medellín shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent from the client.
3.6 Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be invoiced for all services rendered up to the termination date, plus a 10% administrative fee on the remaining contract value.
3.7 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the commercial and maritime laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent commercial courts of Medellín, Antioquia.
3.8 Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government decrees, or port authority closures affecting operations in Colombia Medellín.
4. Acceptance and AuthorizationBy signing below, both parties acknowledge and accept the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the provision of Marine Engineer services in Colombia Medellín. This document constitutes a binding commercial proposal upon countersignature.
