This Quotation Estimate is submitted by Accra Marine Engineering Solutions Ltd. in response to the formal request for professional Marine Engineer consultancy and technical support services to be delivered at the client's operational facilities within Ghana Accra. The scope encompasses the full spectrum of marine engineering activities required to maintain, inspect, and optimize the mechanical and electrical systems of the port's vessel fleet, dockside cranes, and auxiliary marine infrastructure.
Our team of certified Marine Engineer professionals will be deployed to the Ghana Accra port complex on a continuous basis over the contract period. The services include but are not limited to: preventive maintenance of main and auxiliary diesel engines, hydraulic system diagnostics for quay cranes, electrical panel inspection and repair, corrosion assessment of hull structures, compliance auditing in line with the Ghana Maritime Authority (GMA) regulations, and the preparation of detailed technical reports for regulatory submission.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period may be subject to revised pricing due to fluctuations in the Ghanaian cedi exchange rate and material costs.
- All Marine Engineer personnel assigned to this project in Ghana Accra shall hold valid certifications recognized by the Ghana Maritime Authority and the International Maritime Organization (IMO).
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of the sixth month, and 30% upon final project acceptance and submission of the closing report.
- The client shall provide adequate workspace, access to all relevant machinery and documentation, and necessary safety equipment for the Marine Engineer team operating within the Ghana Accra port premises.
- Any additional services beyond the scope outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional cost assessment.
- All work shall comply with the Occupational Safety and Health Act, 2003 (Act 654) of Ghana and applicable international marine engineering standards.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Accra, Ghana, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 2099 (Act 698).
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts the terms, scope, and pricing set forth in this Quotation Estimate for Marine Engineer services to be rendered in Ghana Accra. This document, once countersigned by both parties, constitutes a binding agreement for the services described herein.
