This Quotation Estimate is issued by Marine Engineering Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd. in response to the formal request for professional Marine Engineer services required for the operational maintenance, inspection, and technical advisory of commercial vessels and port infrastructure facilities located in Pakistan Karachi. The scope encompasses a comprehensive engagement of qualified Marine Engineers to ensure full compliance with the Pakistan Maritime Authority (PMA) regulations, International Maritime Organization (IMO) standards, and the local port authority requirements applicable to all maritime operations within the Karachi Port and Port Qasim jurisdictions.
The Marine Engineer services outlined in this Quotation Estimate include but are not limited to: routine mechanical and electrical maintenance of main engines, auxiliary engines, boiler systems, and propulsion units; statutory and class surveys; condition monitoring and predictive maintenance planning; fuel system optimization; waste management system compliance; and emergency repair mobilization. All Marine Engineer personnel deployed under this contract shall hold valid Class IV or Class III Marine Engineer Certificates issued by the Pakistan Maritime Authority and possess a minimum of eight (8) years of documented sea-going experience in commercial vessel operations within the Arabian Sea and Indian Ocean trade routes.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Pakistan Karachi.
- All Marine Engineer personnel assigned under this contract shall be subject to pre-employment medical fitness testing and background verification as mandated by the Pakistan Maritime Authority.
- The client shall provide safe working access to all vessels, dry docks, and port facilities within Karachi Port and Port Qasim. Any delays caused by client-side access restrictions shall extend the project timeline proportionally.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to severe monsoon weather, port strikes, or government-mandated operational halts in Pakistan Karachi, shall be exempt from penalty clauses.
- All work performed by the Marine Engineer team shall be documented in detailed service reports submitted bi-weekly to the client's designated operations manager.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate and the subsequent contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1940 of Pakistan.
- Confidentiality: All technical data, vessel specifications, and operational records shared during the engagement shall remain the exclusive property of the client and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for Marine Engineer services in Pakistan Karachi on the terms and conditions stated herein. This acceptance shall constitute a binding agreement between both parties effective from the date of the last signature.
