This Quotation Estimate is issued by Atlantic Marine Engineering Solutions, LLC in response to the formal request from Caribbean Coastal Shipping Group, Inc. for the engagement of a certified Marine Engineer to perform comprehensive mechanical, electrical, and structural assessments of the client's vessel fleet docked at the Port of Miami. All services described herein will be executed in and around the United States Miami metropolitan area, including the Port of Miami, Biscayne Bay, and the surrounding coastal waterways.

The assigned Marine Engineer holds a valid U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) First-Class Master Marine Engineer license, is a member of the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS), and possesses over fifteen years of experience in commercial vessel maintenance, propulsion system diagnostics, and marine environmental compliance. The Marine Engineer will operate in full accordance with U.S. federal maritime regulations, Florida state environmental codes, and the specific operational requirements of the Port of Miami Authority.

4.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all rates and availability of the assigned Marine Engineer are subject to revision without prior notice.

4.2 Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of twenty-five percent (25%) of the total estimated cost is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining balance shall be invoiced in two equal installments: fifty percent (50%) upon completion of on-site inspections and fifty percent (50%) upon delivery of the final technical report and compliance certification.

4.3 Scope Limitations: This Quotation Estimate covers the services of the Marine Engineer and one (1) support technician. Any additional personnel, specialized equipment rental, or third-party laboratory testing not explicitly listed above will be billed separately at prevailing market rates in the United States Miami region.

4.4 Regulatory Compliance: All work performed by the Marine Engineer shall comply with the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Title 46, the International Maritime Organization (IMO) conventions, and all applicable Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) regulations governing marine operations in the United States Miami area.

4.5 Insurance and Liability: Atlantic Marine Engineering Solutions, LLC maintains a minimum of $5,000,000 in professional liability insurance and $2,000,000 in general liability insurance. The client is responsible for providing safe access to all vessel areas and for any permits required by the Port of Miami Authority for dockside engineering work.

4.6 Cancellation: Cancellation by the client after the Marine Engineer has commenced on-site work will result in a charge for all hours worked up to the point of cancellation, plus a fifteen percent (15%) administrative fee on the remaining contract value.

4.7 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts all terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of the Marine Engineer services described herein. The client confirms that the scope of work is understood and that the estimated timeline is acceptable for operations within the United States Miami maritime jurisdiction.
