This Quotation Estimate is prepared by Dhaka Mason & Construction Services Ltd. for the complete masonry work required at the client's residential property located in Bangladesh Dhaka. Our team of experienced Mason professionals, skilled laborers, and site supervisors will execute all masonry tasks in strict accordance with the approved architectural drawings, local building codes of the Dhaka City Corporation, and the standards set by the Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC). This document outlines the full scope of work, material specifications, labor charges, and all associated costs for the masonry phase of the project.

The Mason work covered under this Quotation Estimate includes but is not limited to: construction of load-bearing and non-load-bearing brick walls (GGBR and solid clay bricks), plastering (internal and external), tile fixing for bathrooms and kitchen areas, foundation masonry, lintel and beam support masonry, chimney and flue construction, and all associated finishing works. All masonry work will be carried out by certified Mason craftsmen with a minimum of ten years of experience in residential construction within Bangladesh Dhaka and surrounding areas.

All materials used in the Mason work shall comply with the following standards: solid clay bricks conforming to B&S 3903, GGBR blocks as per Bangladesh Dhaka municipal approval, OPC 43-grade cement (Lafarge or Dangote brand), river sand (washed, fine aggregate), and 20mm aggregate for mortar. All cement and sand will be procured from licensed suppliers within Bangladesh Dhaka and stored in a dry, covered area on-site to prevent moisture damage. The Mason team will conduct a material inspection upon delivery, and any substandard items will be rejected and replaced at the contractor's cost.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision if raw material costs (cement, bricks, sand) fluctuate by more than 10% in the Bangladesh Dhaka market during the validity period.
All Mason work shall be executed in compliance with the Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC 2020) and Dhaka City Corporation building regulations. The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary building permits and NOCs prior to commencement.
The project duration of 90 working days is estimated based on standard weather conditions in Bangladesh Dhaka. Delays caused by monsoon rains (June–September), government holidays, or force majeure events will extend the timeline proportionally without penalty to either party.
A minimum team of 12 skilled Mason craftsmen, 8 general laborers, and 1 site supervisor will be deployed on-site daily. The Mason team leader will report progress to the client or client's representative every Friday.
The contractor shall provide all hand tools, mixing equipment, and small machinery required for Mason work. Heavy equipment (cranes, concrete mixers) will be arranged as per the project schedule at the contractor's cost.
A six-month defect liability period applies to all Mason work. Any cracks, plaster failures, or masonry defects arising within this period will be rectified at no additional cost to the client.
Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the contractor's designated account. No cash payments will be accepted. Invoices will be issued within five (5) working days of milestone completion.
This Quotation Estimate does not include structural steel work, electrical wiring, plumbing, painting, or landscaping. These items may be quoted separately upon request.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved, the matter shall be referred to arbitration under the Bangladesh Arbitration Act, 2001, with the seat of arbitration in Dhaka.
The contractor shall maintain adequate insurance coverage for all Mason workers and site personnel in accordance with the Bangladesh Labor Act, 2006.
