1. Scope of Work – Mason Services in Chile Santiago

This Quotation Estimate is issued by Andes Masonry & Construction Services SpA to provide a comprehensive breakdown of professional Mason services to be executed at the client's residential property located in Chile Santiago. The scope encompasses all masonry-related tasks including but not limited to structural wall construction, foundation reinforcement, exterior cladding, interior partition walls, and decorative stonework. All work shall comply with the Chilean Building Code (NCh) and municipal regulations applicable to the Ñuñoa commune in Chile Santiago.

The lead Mason, Sr. Roberto Fuentes, brings over twenty-two years of experience in residential and commercial masonry projects throughout the Chile Santiago metropolitan area. His team of four certified masons and two apprentices will be dedicated exclusively to this project for the duration of the contract.

3. Materials and Specifications

All masonry materials specified in this Quotation Estimate shall be sourced from approved suppliers within the Chile Santiago metropolitan region. Hollow blocks shall meet NCh 1181 standards. Andesite natural stone for exterior cladding will be procured from certified quarries in the Región Metropolitana. Cement shall be Portland Type I (NCh 1125) with a minimum 32 MPa compressive strength. Reinforcing steel shall comply with NCh 1233. The Mason team will conduct a material inspection upon delivery to the Chile Santiago site before any installation begins.

4. Payment Terms

Payment for the masonry services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in three installments:

30% Advance Payment (CLP 5,205,060): Due upon signing of this Quotation Estimate and prior to mobilization of the Mason crew to the Chile Santiago site.
40% Progress Payment (CLP 6,940,080): Due upon completion of all structural masonry walls and foundation work, subject to inspection by the client and the lead Mason.
30% Final Payment (CLP 5,205,060): Due upon final completion, site cleanup, and delivery of the as-built masonry documentation and warranty certificate.

Payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Andes Masonry & Construction Services SpA. A formal invoice (factura) will be issued for each installment in accordance with Chilean tax regulations.

5. Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be adjusted to reflect changes in material costs in the Chile Santiago market.
The estimated project duration is six (6) weeks, subject to weather conditions and municipal inspection schedules in Chile Santiago. Delays caused by force majeure or client-requested changes will extend the timeline proportionally.
The Mason contractor guarantees all masonry work for a period of two (2) years from the date of final acceptance, covering structural defects in workmanship and materials.
Any changes to the scope of work must be documented in a written addendum to this Quotation Estimate, signed by both parties, before additional masonry work commences.
The client is responsible for ensuring access to the property in Chile Santiago, including parking for material delivery vehicles and adequate water and electricity supply for the Mason crew.
All masonry work will be performed in compliance with Chilean labor law, and the Mason contractor carries full liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and the advance payment has been received.

6. Acceptance and Signatures

By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms set forth in this Quotation Estimate for Mason services in Chile Santiago. This document represents a good-faith estimate of costs and does not guarantee a fixed price unless explicitly stated in a subsequent formal contract.
