This Quotation Estimate is issued by Frankfurt Mason & Stonework GmbH for the comprehensive masonry renovation and restoration project at the residential property located in Germany Frankfurt. Our experienced Mason team will execute all structural and decorative stonework as specified in the attached architectural drawings (Ref: Arch-Draw-2025-112). The project encompasses the repair of the existing sandstone façade, the construction of a new stone retaining wall, and the installation of natural stone cladding on the ground-floor entrance area. All work will be carried out in strict compliance with the German building code (DIN 1053) and the local regulations of the city of Frankfurt am Main.

The estimated duration for the complete masonry project is 10 working weeks, commencing on 1 July 2025 and concluding by 26 August 2025, subject to weather conditions and municipal approval in Germany Frankfurt. A detailed weekly schedule will be provided upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. Our Mason crew will operate Monday through Friday, 07:00 to 17:00, in accordance with local noise regulations (Lärmschutzverordnung) applicable in the Bockenheim district.
- 30% advance payment (EUR 13,527.74) due upon signing of the contract and acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
- 40% progress payment (EUR 18,036.99) due upon completion of the façade restoration and retaining wall (end of Week 6).
- 30% final payment (EUR 13,527.75) due upon final inspection, sign-off, and handover of all documentation.
- All payments to be made via bank transfer to: Frankfurt Mason & Stonework GmbH, IBAN: DE89 5001 0517 0648 4898 90, BIC: PBNKDEFF.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After 14 July 2025, prices may be adjusted to reflect current material costs in the Germany Frankfurt market.
- All masonry work is guaranteed for a period of 5 years from the date of final acceptance, covering structural integrity, mortar bonding, and stone placement. This warranty is provided by our lead Mason and is registered with the Handwerkskammer Frankfurt-Rhein-Main.
- The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary building permits (Baugenehmigung) from the Frankfurt am Main city planning office prior to commencement of work.
- Any additional work not included in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate written amendment and additional cost approval.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to extreme weather, supply chain disruptions, or municipal work stoppages, may extend the project timeline without penalty to either party.
- All materials used will comply with German and EU standards. Natural stone will be sourced from certified quarries within Germany, with full traceability documentation provided.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, with jurisdiction at the local court of Frankfurt am Main.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for the masonry project in Germany Frankfurt. The undersigned Mason representative confirms that all quoted prices, timelines, and specifications are accurate and binding upon acceptance.
