1. Scope of Work – Mason Services in Ivory Coast Abidjan
This Quotation Estimate is issued by Abidjan Mason & Construction Services SARL to provide a comprehensive and detailed cost breakdown for all masonry works to be executed at the client's residential and commercial property located in the Cocody district of Abidjan, Ivory Coast. Our team of certified Mason professionals will carry out all structural and finishing masonry tasks in full compliance with the Ivorian building code (Code du Bâtiment de Côte d'Ivoire) and the specific technical requirements outlined in the project plans. The masonry scope includes but is not limited to: foundation wall construction, load-bearing block masonry, partition wall erection, lintel and beam casting, plastering (internal and external), tile setting, and all associated finishing works. 3. Payment Schedule
This Quotation Estimate for masonry services in Ivory Coast Abidjan shall be settled according to the following milestone-based payment plan:
- Advance Payment (30%): 22,951,590 XOF – Due upon signing of the contract and mobilization of the mason team to the Abidjan site.
- Progress Payment 1 (25%): 19,126,325 XOF – Due upon completion of all foundation and load-bearing masonry works.
- Progress Payment 2 (25%): 19,126,325 XOF – Due upon completion of partition walls, plastering, and tile setting.
- Final Payment (20%): 15,301,060 XOF – Due upon final inspection, acceptance, and handover of all masonry works.
4. Terms and Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be revised to reflect current market rates for cement, blocks, and labor in Abidjan, Ivory Coast.
- All masonry works shall be executed by qualified masons under the direct supervision of our Lead Mason, M. Ibrahim Traoré, who holds a valid OFPRA certification in masonry and structural construction.
- The project duration is estimated at fourteen (14) weeks from the date of site mobilization, subject to weather conditions and client approvals in Ivory Coast Abidjan.
- All materials (cement, blocks, rebar, tiles, mortar) shall be sourced from approved suppliers in Abidjan and shall meet the specifications of the Ivorian Standards Institute (INCO – Institut National de la Construction et de l'Observation des sols).
- The mason contractor shall provide a twelve (12) month warranty on all structural masonry works and a six (6) month warranty on finishing works (plastering, tiling) from the date of final acceptance.
- Any variation or additional work beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional cost approval by the client.
- The contractor shall comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable in the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire, including the Code du Travail and local Abidjan municipal bylaws.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved amicably or, failing that, submitted to the competent courts of Abidjan, Ivory Coast.
