This Quotation Estimate is issued by Al-Madina Mason & Construction Services for the provision of comprehensive masonry and Mason work at the residential property located in F-10/2, Islamabad, Pakistan. The scope of work encompasses all structural and non-structural Mason tasks required to complete the second-floor extension and boundary wall construction as per the approved architectural drawings. All masonry work shall be executed in strict compliance with the Pakistan Building Code (PBC) 2018 and the local by-laws enforced by the Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) Municipal Corporation.
The following Mason services are included in this Quotation Estimate for the Pakistan Islamabad project:
- Construction of load-bearing brick walls (second-floor extension, approximately 180 sq. ft.) using 9-inch solid clay bricks with cement-sand mortar (1:4 ratio).
- Boundary wall construction (120 linear feet, 6 feet high) using 9-inch bricks with plastering on both sides.

All materials used in this Mason work shall conform to Pakistan Standards and Quality Control (PSQC) specifications. Bricks shall be Class-A solid clay bricks sourced from licensed manufacturers in the Rawalpindi-Islamabad industrial zone. Cement shall be OPC 43-grade or equivalent, and sand shall be washed river sand free from silt and organic matter. The Mason crew assigned to this Pakistan Islamabad project shall consist of a senior head mason, four skilled masons, and two helpers, all of whom possess a minimum of five years of verified experience in residential masonry construction.
The estimated duration for completion of all Mason work described in this Quotation Estimate is 28 working days from the date of material delivery and site handover. The schedule is subject to weather conditions and any unforeseen structural modifications directed by the client or the supervising structural engineer in Islamabad.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Rates are subject to revision upon expiry due to fluctuating material costs in the Pakistan Islamabad market.
- A 40% advance payment is required to mobilize the Mason team and procure materials. The remaining 60% shall be payable in two equal installments: 30% upon completion of 50% of the Mason work and 30% upon final handover and client sign-off.
- All Mason work carries a 12-month defect liability period from the date of final acceptance. Any cracking, bulging, or structural masonry failure within this period shall be rectified at no additional cost to the client.
- The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary building permits and NOCs from the Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) authorities prior to commencement of Mason work.
- Any additional Mason work beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be billed separately at the prevailing Pakistan Islamabad market rates, subject to prior written approval by the client.
- Work hours shall be from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. No Mason work shall be conducted on Fridays or public holidays in Pakistan without prior mutual agreement.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include electrical, plumbing, or finishing (painting, tiling) works. Those shall be quoted separately.
