Scope of Mason Work
This Quotation Estimate covers the full scope of professional mason services to be executed at the above-referenced project site in Bangkok, Thailand. All masonry work shall comply with the Thai Building Control Act B.E. 2522 (1979) and applicable Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) regulations. The mason team will be supervised by a licensed mason foreman holding a valid Thai construction trade certificate.

Note: This Quotation Estimate is specific to mason and masonry works in Bangkok, Thailand. All prices are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) and include materials, labour, and standard equipment. Any additional mason work beyond the scope listed above will be subject to a supplementary quotation. Prices are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue.Terms and Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, prices may be revised to reflect current material costs in the Bangkok market.
- Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of structural mason work (items 1–4), and 30% upon final handover and BMA inspection clearance.
- All mason work shall be carried out in accordance with Thai national building standards (TIS) and Bangkok Metropolitan Administration construction regulations. The mason crew shall hold valid work permits as required by Thai labour law.
- The project duration of 45 working days assumes normal weather conditions in Bangkok. Delays caused by monsoon-season flooding, government holidays, or force majeure events will be excluded from the timeline.
- Golden Brick Mason Co., Ltd. shall provide a twelve (12) month warranty on all mason work from the date of final acceptance, covering structural defects in brickwork, blockwork, and plastering.
- The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary building permits from the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration prior to the commencement of mason work on site.
- All materials used in the mason work shall be sourced from approved Thai suppliers and shall meet the minimum specifications outlined in the attached technical annexure.
- Any variation or change order to the mason scope of work must be agreed in writing by both parties before execution. A revised Quotation Estimate will be issued for any additional mason tasks.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal construction contract is executed by both parties.
