This Quotation Estimate is formally issued to provide the client with a comprehensive, itemized breakdown of costs associated with the engagement of a professional Mathematician for consulting, research, and instructional services to be delivered within the jurisdiction of Argentina Córdoba. Research Supervision: Oversight and mentorship of a team of six graduate students in the Department of Pure Mathematics, University of Córdoba, Argentina Córdoba, for a period of twelve (12) months.
Academic Instruction: Delivery of a specialized course in "Advanced Computational Mathematics" comprising forty (40) hours of in-person instruction at the Faculty of Exact Sciences, Argentina Córdoba.
Peer Review and Publication Support: Review of no fewer than ten (10) research manuscripts and provision of editorial guidance for submission to international peer-reviewed journals.
Workshop Facilitation: Organization and facilitation of two (2) two-day workshops on "Applied Mathematics in Argentine Industry" to be held in Argentina Córdoba, with a maximum attendance of fifty (50) participants per session.

Note: All monetary values in this Quotation Estimate are expressed in Argentine Pesos (ARS) as per the official exchange rate published by the Banco Central de la República Argentina on the date of issue. The USD equivalent is provided for reference only and is not a binding figure. The Mathematician's fees are subject to the applicable withholding tax (retención) as mandated by the Argentine Federal Administration of Public Revenue (AFIP) for services rendered in Argentina Córdoba.

Payment for the services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in accordance with the following schedule:

30% advance payment upon formal acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the service contract.
40% interim payment due at the six-month mark of the engagement, subject to delivery of the mid-term progress report.
30% final payment due within fifteen (15) business days following the completion of all deliverables and submission of the final report.

All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by the Mathematician. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by the Banco Central de la República Argentina for overdue obligations in Argentina Córdoba.

The Mathematician commits to the following deliverables within the project timeline:

Monthly progress reports (12 reports) submitted by the 5th business day of each month.
Final comprehensive report with all mathematical models, code, and documentation within 30 days of project completion.
Two published workshop proceedings within 60 days of each workshop held in Argentina Córdoba.
Complete course materials (lecture notes, problem sets, and solutions) delivered to the client's academic repository.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all rates and conditions are subject to revision.
The Mathematician reserves the right to decline or modify the scope of work if circumstances in Argentina Córdoba (including but not limited to public health emergencies, natural disasters, or government-mandated restrictions) render performance impracticable.
All intellectual property generated specifically for the client under this engagement shall be jointly owned, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Pre-existing intellectual property of the Mathematician remains the sole property of the Mathematician.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a contract until both parties have signed and executed the formal Service Agreement. The Service Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Córdoba, Argentina, and the national laws of the Argentine Republic.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent Service Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Argentina Córdoba, in accordance with the rules of the Argentine Chamber of Commerce.
The Mathematician shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of ARS 50,000,000 for the duration of the engagement in Argentina Córdoba.
Confidentiality obligations shall survive the termination of this engagement for a period of five (5) years.
Any amendments to this Quotation Estimate must be made in writing and signed by both parties to be considered valid.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and estimated costs outlined herein for the engagement of the Mathematician in Argentina Córdoba. This acceptance does not obligate either party to execute the formal Service Agreement until all terms have been mutually confirmed in writing.
