The Mathematician engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall provide advanced mathematical modelling, statistical analysis, computational optimisation, and theoretical verification services as required by the client's engineering team. All work will be conducted primarily at the client's offices in Smouha, Alexandria, Egypt, with supplementary remote analysis sessions as agreed upon by both parties.

The Mathematician's role encompasses the development of finite element mathematical models for structural integrity assessment, the formulation of differential equations governing fluid dynamics around the new berthing infrastructure, the application of Monte Carlo simulation methods for risk quantification, and the derivation of closed-form solutions for load distribution across the expanded quay walls. Additionally, the Mathematician will prepare peer-reviewable technical documentation in both Arabic and English to satisfy the regulatory requirements of the Egyptian Ministry of Transport and the Alexandria Port Authority.

Payment for the services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in three instalments: (a) 40% upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and commencement of work; (b) 40% upon delivery and client approval of the primary mathematical models and simulation outputs; and (c) 20% upon final submission of all bilingual technical reports and completion of the post-delivery support period. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the Alexandria Applied Mathematics & Consulting Bureau account at National Bank of Egypt, Alexandria Main Branch, Account No. 0045-8821-7736. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Egyptian Commercial Law.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates and availability of the Mathematician are subject to re-evaluation.
2. All intellectual property, mathematical formulations, code, and documentation produced under this engagement shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment.
3. The Mathematician reserves the right to publish anonymised theoretical findings in peer-reviewed journals, provided that no proprietary client data is disclosed.
4. Any scope changes or additional mathematical analyses beyond the items listed in Section 2 shall be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued within five (5) working days.
5. This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be resolved through the Alexandria Commercial Court.
6. The Mathematician shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of EGP 2,000,000 for the duration of the engagement.
7. Confidentiality obligations as outlined in the separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA-2025-0092) shall apply to all data, models, and communications exchanged during the project.
8. Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters affecting the Alexandria coastal region, shall suspend obligations without penalty for a period not exceeding sixty (60) days.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein. The engagement of the Mathematician shall commence within five (5) working days of written acceptance.
