This Quotation Estimate is issued in response to the formal request submitted by Abidjan Industrial Development Corporation for the engagement of a qualified Mathematician to provide advanced analytical, modelling, and quantitative advisory services within the Ivory Coast Abidjan metropolitan area. The scope of work outlined herein covers a twelve-month engagement period commencing on 1 September 2025. All figures presented in this document are estimates based on current market rates for specialised mathematical consultancy in the West African region and are subject to the terms and conditions stated below.

The Mathematician engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall deliver the following services to the client in Ivory Coast Abidjan:

• Quantitative Financial Modelling: Development and calibration of stochastic differential equation models for risk assessment, portfolio optimisation, and derivative pricing tailored to the Ivorian financial market conditions.
• Operations Research & Logistics Optimisation: Application of linear programming, integer programming, and network flow algorithms to optimise supply-chain logistics across the Abidjan port corridor and inland distribution routes.
• Statistical Analysis & Data Science: Design and execution of rigorous statistical studies, Bayesian inference frameworks, and machine-learning-assisted predictive analytics for industrial production forecasting.
• Academic & Technical Training: Delivery of a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours of advanced mathematics workshops (covering real analysis, numerical methods, and applied probability) for the client's engineering and finance teams based in Ivory Coast Abidjan.
• Advisory & Reporting: Monthly written reports, quarterly on-site consultations at the client's Plateau headquarters, and availability for ad-hoc problem-solving sessions as required.

Payment for the services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows: a mobilisation advance of twenty-five percent (25%) due upon contract signature; monthly retainer payments invoiced on the first business day of each month; and project-based deliverables invoiced upon written acceptance by the client's project manager in Ivory Coast Abidjan. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by the Mathematician's consultancy firm registered in Abidjan. Late payments shall attract an interest charge of 1.5% per month, in accordance with the commercial code of the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised to reflect changes in the local cost of living in Ivory Coast Abidjan or fluctuations in the XOF exchange rate.
• The Mathematician shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of 25,000,000 XOF throughout the engagement period.
• All intellectual property, models, code, and reports produced under this engagement shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in a supplementary addendum.
• Confidentiality obligations shall survive the termination of this contract for a period of three (3) years. The Mathematician shall not disclose any proprietary data, trade secrets, or financial information of the client to any third party in Ivory Coast Abidjan or internationally.
• Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the termination date plus a cancellation fee of ten percent (10%) of the remaining contract value.
• This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Abidjan under the rules of the Ivorian Chamber of Commerce.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, scope, and pricing outlined for the engagement of the Mathematician in Ivory Coast Abidjan. Upon countersignature by both parties, this document shall constitute a binding service agreement.
