This Quotation Estimate document is issued to formally present the professional fees, scope of deliverables, and engagement terms for the services of a qualified Mathematician to be deployed in Turkey Istanbul. The purpose of this engagement is to provide advanced mathematical consulting, modeling, and analytical support to the client's ongoing research and development projects. All pricing, timelines, and conditions outlined herein are subject to the terms specified in Section 6 of this document.
The Mathematician engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties and deliverables while operating out of the Istanbul, Turkey office or via secure remote channels as agreed:
- Development and validation of stochastic differential equation models for the client's financial risk assessment framework.
- Design and implementation of numerical optimization algorithms (convex and non-convex) for supply chain logistics operations based in Istanbul.
- Statistical analysis and Bayesian inference modeling for market forecasting data collected from the Bosphorus economic corridor.
- Preparation of peer-reviewed technical documentation and mathematical proofs for patent filings.
- Conduct of weekly on-site workshops (minimum two sessions per week) at the client's Istanbul headquarters to train internal engineering staff on advanced mathematical methods.
- Collaboration with the client's data science team on machine learning model interpretability using topological data analysis techniques.
- Monthly progress reporting and quarterly strategic review meetings held in Istanbul, Turkey.

The total amount specified in this Quotation Estimate shall be disbursed according to the following milestone-based schedule:
- 30% Advance Payment: Due upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the Service Agreement. Amount: $25,524.00.
- 40% Mid-Project Payment: Due upon completion of the stochastic modeling and optimization algorithm phases (approximately Month 3). Amount: $34,032.00.
- 30% Final Payment: Due upon delivery of all remaining documentation, completion of training workshops, and final acceptance sign-off in Istanbul, Turkey. Amount: $25,524.00.
This Quotation Estimate assumes that the client will provide all necessary data sets, access to relevant systems, and a dedicated workspace at the Istanbul, Turkey office. The following items are excluded from the quoted price: international airfare to Turkey, accommodation for the Mathematician beyond the standard per-diem, any additional project phases not listed in Section 2, and costs associated with third-party software not specified in Item 08. Any scope changes exceeding 10% of the original workload will require a revised Quotation Estimate issued within five (5) business days.
6.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates and availability must be reconfirmed in writing.
6.2 Governing Law: This engagement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting Service Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Istanbul, Turkey.
6.3 Confidentiality: The Mathematician shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary data, algorithms, and business strategies encountered during the engagement in Turkey Istanbul. A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) shall be executed prior to the commencement of work.
6.4 Intellectual Property: All mathematical models, proofs, code, and documentation produced under this engagement shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment. The Mathematician retains the right to reference general methodologies in academic publications, provided no client-specific data is disclosed.
6.5 Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all work completed up to the termination date plus a 10% administrative fee.
6.6 Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for delays or non-performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions in Turkey, or pandemics affecting operations in Istanbul.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Mathematician services in Turkey Istanbul and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein. This signature constitutes formal acceptance and authorizes the commencement of the engagement upon receipt of the advance payment.
