The Mathematician engaged under this Quotation Estimate holds a Doctorate in Applied Mathematics from a recognised international institution and possesses over fifteen years of professional experience in quantitative finance, stochastic modelling, and computational mathematics. The scope of work encompasses the development of risk assessment frameworks, the design of pricing algorithms for derivative instruments, and the execution of large-scale Monte Carlo simulations tailored to the client's portfolio management requirements.

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED) via bank transfer to the account designated by the service provider. The payment schedule is structured as follows: thirty percent (30%) of the total amount shall be due upon execution of this Quotation Estimate; forty percent (40%) shall be due upon completion of Item 03 (Monte Carlo simulation engine delivery); and the remaining thirty percent (30%) shall be due upon final acceptance of all deliverables and completion of the training sessions in Dubai. Invoices will be issued in accordance with the Federal Tax Authority regulations of the United Arab Emirates.

4.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the Mathematician's rates and availability may be subject to revision, and the client is advised to request a revised Quotation Estimate.

4.2 The Mathematician shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary data, algorithms, and financial models accessed during the engagement in United Arab Emirates Dubai. A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) shall be executed prior to the commencement of work.

4.3 All intellectual property generated specifically for the client under this Quotation Estimate shall vest in the client upon full payment. Pre-existing methodologies, frameworks, and tools of the Mathematician shall remain the property of the service provider.

4.4 The client agrees to provide the Mathematician with reasonable access to relevant data sets, computing infrastructure, and subject-matter experts at the DIFC office in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, to facilitate the timely completion of deliverables.

4.5 Any changes to the scope of work beyond what is described in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a formal change order and a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued by the service provider.

4.6 This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the DIFC Law No. 1 of 2004. Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Dubai in accordance with the DIFC-LCIA Arbitration Rules.

4.7 The Mathematician reserves the right to decline or withdraw from the engagement if the client fails to meet the payment milestones outlined in Section 3, subject to a fourteen (14) day written notice.

By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts all terms, conditions, rates, and scope of work as detailed in this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of the Mathematician in United Arab Emirates Dubai. This signature constitutes a binding agreement for the services described herein.
