1. Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices for parts and Mechanic labour may be adjusted to reflect current market conditions in Spain Madrid.
2. Scope: The Quotation Estimate covers only the Mechanic services explicitly listed above. Any additional work discovered during the diagnostic or repair process will be communicated to the client in writing before commencement, and a supplementary Quotation Estimate will be issued for approval.
3. Parts Warranty: All replacement parts supplied by Madrid Auto Mechanic Services S.L. carry a minimum 12-month / 20,000 km warranty in accordance with Spanish consumer protection law (Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios).
4. Labour Warranty: Mechanic labour performed under this Quotation Estimate is guaranteed for 12 months or 20,000 km, whichever occurs first, provided the vehicle is maintained according to manufacturer recommendations.
5. Payment Terms: 50% deposit is required upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Mechanic workshop slot. The remaining 50% is due upon completion of all services and client sign-off of the final inspection report. Payment may be made by bank transfer (IBAN: ES91 2100 0418 4502 0005 1332), credit/debit card, or cash at our Spain Madrid workshop.
6. Scheduling: Upon acceptance, the Mechanic work will be scheduled within 5–7 business days. The client will be notified of the exact date and time via SMS and email. The vehicle must be delivered to our Spain Madrid premises by 08:30 on the scheduled date.
7. Cancellation: Cancellation by the client after the deposit has been paid will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellation by Madrid Auto Mechanic Services S.L. due to scheduling conflicts will result in a full refund within 5 business days.
8. Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Madrid, Spain.
9. Data Protection: Client personal data is processed in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD). Data is retained solely for the purpose of executing this Quotation Estimate and for statutory record-keeping.
