Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate1. Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be subject to revision due to fluctuations in parts costs, labour rates, or Swiss regulatory changes affecting Mechanic service pricing in Switzerland Zurich.
2. Scope of Work: The Mechanic services described in this Quotation Estimate are based on the initial vehicle inspection conducted on 12 June 2025. Should additional repairs become necessary during the course of the Mechanic work, our senior Mechanic technician will contact the client for written approval before proceeding. Any additional costs will be itemised in a supplementary Quotation Estimate.
3. Warranty: All Mechanic labour performed by Zürich Auto Mechanic Services AG carries a warranty of twelve (12) months or 20,000 kilometres, whichever occurs first. Replacement parts are covered under the manufacturer's standard warranty. This warranty is valid throughout Switzerland, including the canton of Zurich.
4. Payment Terms: Payment of the full amount stated in this Quotation Estimate is due within fourteen (14) days of invoice issuance. Payment may be made via bank transfer to our account at UBS AG, Zurich (IBAN: CH93 0023 0456 7890 1234 5), or by Swiss PostFinance. A late payment surcharge of 5% per annum will apply in accordance with Swiss Code of Obligations (OR Art. 104).
5. Vehicle Collection and Delivery: This Quotation Estimate includes complimentary vehicle collection and delivery within the city limits of Switzerland Zurich (postal codes 8001–8057). For locations outside this radius, a surcharge of CHF 2.50 per kilometre will apply.
6. Cancellation: Should the client wish to cancel this Quotation Estimate after work has commenced, a minimum charge of 50% of the total estimated cost will be applied. Cancellation prior to commencement incurs no charge.
7. Data Protection: In accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP / DSG), all client information contained in this Quotation Estimate will be processed and stored securely. Data will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.
8. Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Zurich, Switzerland.
