Scope of Mechanic Services – United Arab Emirates Dubai

This Quotation Estimate is issued by Desert Eagle Auto Mechanics LLC, a licensed automotive repair and maintenance company operating in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, to provide a detailed cost breakdown for the comprehensive mechanic servicing of the client's commercial vehicle fleet. All mechanic work shall be performed in strict accordance with the technical standards set by the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) of Dubai and the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs & Port Security. The mechanic team assigned to this project consists of certified technicians holding valid UAE driving licences and recognised automotive qualifications. All parts and consumables referenced in this estimate are sourced from authorised distributors within the United Arab Emirates and carry a minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty.

Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any mechanic work commenced after the expiry date of 15 July 2025 shall be subject to re-pricing based on prevailing parts and labour costs in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

2. Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this quotation, 40% upon completion of 50% of the mechanic work, and the remaining 20% upon final handover and sign-off of the completion certificate. All payments shall be made in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) via bank transfer to the company's designated account at Emirates NBD, Dubai branch.

3. All mechanic services described herein are guaranteed for a period of twelve (12) months or 20,000 kilometres (whichever comes first), covering both parts and labour. This warranty is valid only for vehicles registered and operated within the United Arab Emirates.

4. The client shall provide safe access to the work area at Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai, and ensure that all vehicles are free of cargo and in a safe condition prior to the commencement of mechanic operations. The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits from the Dubai Municipality or RTA for on-site vehicle servicing.

5. Any additional mechanic work not explicitly listed in this Quotation Estimate, discovered during the course of inspection (e.g., hidden structural damage, non-OEM modifications), shall be communicated to the client in writing and executed only upon written approval and a supplementary quotation.

6. Desert Eagle Auto Mechanics LLC shall comply with all environmental regulations of the United Arab Emirates, including proper disposal of used oils, batteries, and hazardous materials in accordance with the Dubai Municipality Environmental Protection Department guidelines.

7. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties. In the event of any dispute, the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts shall apply.

Note: This Quotation Estimate has been prepared specifically for the United Arab Emirates Dubai market. All pricing reflects current 2025 rates for mechanic labour, OEM parts, and consumables available within the UAE. Prices are exclusive of any applicable customs duties on imported components, should the client request non-standard parts not stocked locally in Dubai.
