This Quotation Estimate has been prepared by Apex Mechanical Engineering Solutions Pty Ltd to provide a comprehensive and itemised cost breakdown for the engagement of a senior Mechanical Engineer to deliver specialist design, analysis, and consultancy services for the Harbour City Infrastructure Group Ltd project located in Australia Sydney. This document outlines the scope of professional services, associated fees, payment terms, and conditions governing the proposed engagement. All pricing is quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and is subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein.
The Mechanical Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall provide the following professional services within the Australia Sydney metropolitan area and surrounding regions:
- Full mechanical system design and engineering for the proposed commercial HVAC and process piping infrastructure at the client's Sydney CBD site.
- Thermal and structural analysis of existing mechanical plant and equipment, including load calculations, stress analysis, and fatigue assessment in compliance with AS/NZS 1170 and AS 3785 standards.
- Preparation of detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation suitable for submission to the Sydney Water Corporation and NSW Building and Energy regulatory authorities.
- Site inspections, condition assessments, and progress monitoring at the client's construction site in the Sydney inner-west, conducted on a weekly basis throughout the project duration.
- Coordination with electrical, civil, and structural engineering disciplines to ensure integrated design compatibility and compliance with the National Construction Code (NCC) as adopted in New South Wales.

All rates are inclusive of the Mechanical Engineer's professional indemnity insurance, software licensing (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, HAP), and standard engineering tools. GST is applied in accordance with the Australian Goods and Services Tax Act 1999.

5.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and availability of the Mechanical Engineer may be subject to revision.
5.2 All services shall be performed in accordance with the Engineers Australia Code of Conduct, the National Construction Code (NCC), and all applicable New South Wales state legislation and local council regulations within the Australia Sydney metropolitan area.
5.3 The Mechanical Engineer shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum cover of AUD $10,000,000 per claim throughout the duration of the engagement.
5.4 Any variation to the scope of work outlined in this Quotation Estimate must be agreed upon in writing by both parties prior to commencement of additional work. Variations exceeding 10% of the total contract value will require a revised Quotation Estimate.
5.5 Payment terms are net thirty (30) days from the date of invoice. Late payments shall attract interest at the rate of 1.5% per month in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
5.6 All intellectual property, design documents, and engineering deliverables produced under this engagement shall become the property of the client upon full and final payment.
5.7 This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation in Sydney, NSW, in accordance with the Civil Procedure Act 2005 (NSW).
5.8 The Mechanical Engineer reserves the right to decline or withdraw from this engagement if the client fails to provide reasonable access to site areas, project data, or coordination with other disciplines within the Australia Sydney project site.
