This Quotation Estimate is issued by Guangzhou Precision Engineering Solutions Co., Ltd. to provide a comprehensive and itemized cost breakdown for the engagement of a qualified Mechanical Engineer to deliver design, analysis, and on-site supervision services for the automated assembly line retrofit project located in China Guangzhou. The scope encompasses all engineering consultancy, structural design, thermal analysis, and commissioning support required to bring the Phase II production line into full operational compliance with national standards GB/T 19001-2016 and local Guangzhou municipal industrial safety regulations.

The Mechanical Engineer assigned to this project will operate primarily from our Guangzhou headquarters office and will conduct on-site inspections at the client's facility in the Baiyun District industrial zone. All deliverables, progress reports, and technical documentation will be prepared in both English and Mandarin Chinese to ensure full alignment with the operational requirements of China Guangzhou regulatory authorities and the client's internal engineering team.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period requires written reconfirmation of pricing, as material costs and labour rates in China Guangzhou are subject to periodic market adjustment.
Payment shall be made in Renminbi (CNY) via bank transfer to the account of Guangzhou Precision Engineering Solutions Co., Ltd. at China Merchants Bank, Guangzhou Branch. A 30% advance payment is due upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% is due upon completion of the design and FEA phase; and the remaining 30% is due upon final acceptance and handover of all documentation.
The Mechanical Engineer assigned to this project holds a valid PRC Registered Mechanical Engineer certificate (No. GD-2019-04472) and carries professional indemnity insurance with a coverage limit of CNY 5,000,000, as required for engineering consultancy work in the Guangzhou municipality.
All intellectual property rights in the design deliverables, CAD files, and analysis reports shall transfer to the client upon full and final payment. The Mechanical Engineer retains the right to reference the project in professional portfolios with prior written consent from the client.
Any change in scope, additional working days, or revised design iterations beyond the quantities stated in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a supplementary written amendment signed by both parties. Rates for additional work shall not exceed the per-day rates specified in Section 2.
This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of this estimate shall be resolved through arbitration at the Guangzhou Arbitration Commission in accordance with its then-current rules of procedure.
The client agrees to provide safe working conditions, necessary site access, and all relevant existing technical drawings and specifications prior to the commencement of the Mechanical Engineer's on-site activities in Guangzhou.
Force majeure events, including but not limited to severe weather affecting Guangzhou operations, government-mandated shutdowns, or public health emergencies, shall extend the project timeline proportionally without penalty to either party.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate, confirms understanding of all terms and conditions outlined herein, and authorizes Guangzhou Precision Engineering Solutions Co., Ltd. to commence the Mechanical Engineer engagement for the project located in China Guangzhou as described in Section 1.
