All pricing, terms, and conditions set forth in this document are binding upon acceptance and are subject to the regulatory framework governing engineering consultancy services within the People's Republic of China.

The Mechanical Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties and deliverables for the project situated in China Shanghai:

• Complete mechanical design and 3D CAD modeling (SolidWorks / AutoCAD) of the automated conveyor system, including all structural frames, drive mechanisms, and safety enclosures.
• Perform finite element analysis (FEA) and stress calculations on all critical load-bearing components to ensure compliance with GB/T 150 and ASME Section VIII standards.
• Prepare detailed fabrication drawings, bill of materials (BOM), and assembly instructions for the manufacturing team based in the Shanghai Free Trade Zone.
• Conduct on-site installation supervision and commissioning at the client's facility in Pudong, China Shanghai, for a period not exceeding fifteen (15) working days.
• Provide a comprehensive technical report, including risk assessment, maintenance schedules, and spare parts recommendations, delivered in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
• Offer a minimum of four (4) hours of post-commissioning technical support via remote consultation within the first ninety (90) days following project handover.

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in Renminbi (CNY) via bank transfer to the account of Shanghai Precision Engineering Solutions Co., Ltd. The payment schedule is structured as follows:

• 30% Advance Payment (¥ 125,532) – Due upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the Master Services Agreement.
• 40% Milestone Payment (¥ 167,376) – Due upon delivery and client approval of all design drawings, FEA reports, and BOM documentation.
• 30% Final Payment (¥ 125,531) – Due within fifteen (15) business days following successful commissioning and handover at the China Shanghai project site.

All invoices shall be issued in accordance with the PRC Invoice Management Measures (发票管理办法). Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 0.05% per calendar day, in compliance with the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in labor rates, software licensing costs, or changes in the PRC Value-Added Tax regulations.
2. The Mechanical Engineer assigned to this project shall hold a valid PRC Registered Mechanical Engineer (注册机械工程师) certification and shall comply with all applicable safety regulations issued by the Shanghai Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Commission.
3. All intellectual property rights in the design deliverables, CAD files, and technical documentation produced under this engagement shall vest in the client upon full payment, as stipulated in the PRC Copyright Law and the Civil Code.
4. The Mechanical Engineer shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of ¥ 5,000,000 for the duration of the project, as required for engineering consultancy operations in China Shanghai.
5. Any changes to the scope of work must be documented in a written Change Order signed by both parties. Additional costs arising from scope changes will be quoted separately and are not included in this Quotation Estimate.
6. This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration at the Shanghai International Arbitration Center (SHIAC) in accordance with its rules of procedure.
7. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all proprietary information exchanged during the course of this engagement, in accordance with the PRC Anti-Unfair Competition Law.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing set forth herein for the engagement of the Mechanical Engineer services in China Shanghai. This document, once countersigned, shall serve as the basis for the execution of the formal Master Services Agreement.
