This Quotation Estimate is issued by PT Nusantara Mechanical Engineering Solutions to provide a comprehensive and itemized cost breakdown for the engagement of a qualified Mechanical Engineer to deliver design, analysis, commissioning, and maintenance advisory services at the client's manufacturing facility located in the Indonesia Jakarta metropolitan area and its adjacent industrial corridors. All services shall be performed in strict compliance with Indonesian national standards (SNI), applicable regulations from the Ministry of Industry of the Republic of Indonesia, and international engineering best practices.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period may be subject to revised pricing due to market fluctuations in materials, labor rates, and exchange rates applicable in Indonesia Jakarta.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of design and commissioning deliverables, and 20% upon final acceptance and handover of all engineering documentation. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account of PT Nusantara Mechanical Engineering Solutions, Bank Mandiri, Jakarta branch.
- All Mechanical Engineer services shall be performed by a licensed and certified professional engineer registered with the Indonesian Professional Engineers Council (IPMI) and holding a valid SNI competency certificate in mechanical engineering.
- The scope of work is limited to the Indonesia Jakarta metropolitan area, including South Jakarta, North Jakarta, East Jakarta, West Jakarta, Central Jakarta, and the Jababeka industrial zone in Cikarang, Bekasi. Travel beyond this radius will be billed separately at a rate of IDR 150,000 per kilometer.
- Any changes or additions to the scope of work must be approved in writing by both parties through a formal Change Order. The Quotation Estimate does not cover structural engineering, electrical engineering, or civil works unless explicitly stated.
- All deliverables, including drawings, reports, simulation files, and maintenance manuals, shall be provided in both hard copy (3 sets) and digital format (PDF and editable CAD files) within five (5) working days of task completion.
- The Mechanical Engineer shall comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations of the Republic of Indonesia, including PP No. 50/2012 on Occupational Safety and Health and applicable DKI Jakarta local ordinances.
- Confidentiality: All proprietary information, process data, and trade secrets of the client shall be treated as strictly confidential. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) shall be executed prior to the commencement of any on-site work.
- Warranty: The engineering design and analysis services carry a warranty period of twelve (12) months from the date of final acceptance, during which the Mechanical Engineer shall address any design deficiencies at no additional cost.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate and the subsequent contract shall be resolved through negotiation, and failing that, through arbitration under the rules of the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI) in Jakarta.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts the terms, scope, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for Mechanical Engineer services in Indonesia Jakarta. This document, once countersigned, shall serve as the basis for the formal Service Agreement between both parties.
