This Quotation Estimate is issued by our firm to provide comprehensive Mechanical Engineer services for the above-referenced project located in Iran Tehran. The scope encompasses the full lifecycle of mechanical system design, from initial feasibility studies through to final commissioning and handover. All work shall be performed in strict compliance with the Iranian National Building Code (Mabhas 12, 13, and 14), the Tehran Municipality regulations, and applicable international standards including ASME, ASHRAE, and ISO 9001:2015.
The Mechanical Engineer team assigned to this project will operate primarily from our registered office in the Valiasr District of Tehran, Iran, with on-site visits to the client's construction premises as required. All deliverables, including technical drawings, calculation reports, and performance specifications, will be submitted in both Persian (Farsi) and English to satisfy the regulatory requirements of the Tehran Building Permits Office.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all prices are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Iran Tehran.
- Payment shall be made in the following installments: 30% upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of design and drawing approval, and 30% upon successful commissioning and final handover.
- All payments shall be made in Iranian Rial (IRR) via bank transfer to the account of the contracting Mechanical Engineer firm registered in Tehran, Iran. International payments in USD are subject to applicable Central Bank of Iran (CBI) foreign exchange regulations.
- The Mechanical Engineer is responsible for providing all technical expertise, software licenses, and engineering tools necessary to complete the scope. The client shall provide site access, existing as-built drawings, and any third-party data required for the design.
- Any changes to the scope of work beyond the originally defined parameters shall be subject to a separate change-order Quotation Estimate, to be agreed upon in writing by both parties prior to execution.
- All intellectual property rights in the design documents, calculations, and BIM models produced under this Quotation Estimate shall vest in the client upon full payment. The Mechanical Engineer retains the right to reference the project in professional portfolios.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Tehran, Iran, in accordance with the rules of the Tehran International Arbitration Center (TIAC).
- The Mechanical Engineer shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of 500,000,000 IRR throughout the duration of the project in Iran Tehran.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties. Acceptance of this Quotation Estimate is indicated by the client's written signature below.
The estimated duration for completion of all Mechanical Engineer services under this Quotation Estimate is twenty-two (22) calendar weeks from the date of contract execution. The timeline accounts for standard review cycles with the Tehran Municipality and typical lead times for equipment procurement within Iran. Detailed milestone dates will be confirmed in the project schedule annex.
