The Mechanical Engineer assigned to this project will hold a minimum of fifteen (15) years of progressive experience in industrial HVAC systems, process piping, and structural mechanical design, and will operate in full compliance with Moroccan regulatory standards (NRM) and applicable international codes (ASME, ASHRAE, and EN).

The Mechanical Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties at the client's premises in Morocco Casablanca and at our Casablanca office as required:

• Conduct a complete site survey and as-built documentation review of the existing mechanical infrastructure at the Ain Sebaa facility.
• Prepare detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) for the new HVAC distribution network, including ductwork sizing, air balance calculations, and equipment layout.
• Design and specify process piping systems (DN50 to DN300), including pressure drop analysis, material selection, and support design in accordance with ASME B31.3.
• Perform thermal and structural finite element analysis (FEA) on critical mechanical assemblies and generate engineering reports.
• Prepare technical tender documents, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and vendor comparison matrices for mechanical equipment procurement.
• Provide on-site construction supervision and quality assurance inspections throughout the installation phase in Morocco Casablanca.
• Deliver a final as-built package, operation and maintenance manuals, and a commissioning report.

All amounts are expressed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD). Exchange rate reference: 1 EUR ≈ 29.50 MAD (June 2025). This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for third-party laboratory testing, statutory permits, or equipment procurement unless explicitly stated.

• 30% Advance Payment: Due upon signature of the service contract – 136,080.00 MAD (TTC)
• 40% Progress Payment: Due upon delivery of all design deliverables and FEA reports – 181,440.00 MAD (TTC)
• 30% Final Payment: Due upon handover of the as-built package and commissioning sign-off – 136,080.00 MAD (TTC)

Payments shall be made by bank transfer to the account of Atlas Engineering & Consulting SARL at Bank of Africa, Casablanca. Invoices are payable within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for sixty (60) days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, rates may be revised to reflect market conditions in Morocco Casablanca.
• The Mechanical Engineer shall comply with all applicable Moroccan labor laws, occupational health and safety regulations, and site-specific safety protocols at the client's Morocco Casablanca premises.
• All intellectual property, drawings, and reports produced under this engagement shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full and final payment.
• Atlas Engineering & Consulting SARL shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of 5,000,000 MAD for the duration of the project.
• Any change in scope beyond the items listed in Section 3 shall be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate and written approval by both parties before execution.
• Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be submitted to the competent commercial courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes Atlas Engineering & Consulting SARL to proceed with the engagement of the Mechanical Engineer for the services described herein at the project site in Morocco Casablanca, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this document.
