This Quotation Estimate is issued by Delta Engineering Consultancy B.V. to provide a comprehensive and transparent cost breakdown for the engagement of a qualified Mechanical Engineer to deliver specialized technical services within the Netherlands Amsterdam region. This document serves as a formal proposal outlining the scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and associated financial commitments for the proposed Mechanical Engineer assignment. All pricing and terms contained within this Quotation Estimate are subject to the conditions specified in Section 7 of this document.
The Mechanical Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate will provide the following professional services tailored to the client's operational requirements in Netherlands Amsterdam:
- Design, analysis, and optimization of mechanical systems, equipment, and components in compliance with Dutch and European engineering standards (NEN, EN, and CE marking requirements).
- Thermal, structural, and fluid dynamics analysis for industrial machinery and process equipment located at the client's facility in Netherlands Amsterdam.

The Mechanical Engineer engagement under this Quotation Estimate is estimated to span a total duration of 14 weeks from the date of contract execution. The project will be executed in phases: Phase 1 (Weeks 1–3) covers the initial survey and assessment; Phase 2 (Weeks 4–9) encompasses design, simulation, and documentation; Phase 3 (Weeks 10–13) addresses on-site supervision and regulatory compliance; and Phase 4 (Week 14) is dedicated to final reporting, handover, and client acceptance in Netherlands Amsterdam.
Payment for the Mechanical Engineer services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made as follows: 30% advance payment upon signing of the service agreement; 40% upon completion of Phase 2 (design and documentation delivery); and 30% upon final acceptance and handover of all deliverables. All invoices are payable within 30 calendar days of the invoice date. Late payments shall accrue interest at the statutory Dutch rate as defined under Article 6:119a of the Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek).
This Quotation Estimate assumes that the client will provide timely access to all relevant sites, existing documentation, and operational data within the Netherlands Amsterdam area. The following are excluded from the quoted amount: procurement of physical materials and equipment, civil or structural works beyond the Mechanical Engineer's scope, third-party testing fees not explicitly listed, and any additional work arising from changes in scope requested by the client after the initial agreement. Any such additional work will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued separately.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, all rates and conditions are subject to revision.
- The Mechanical Engineer shall comply with all applicable Dutch labor laws, health and safety regulations (Arbowet), and professional engineering codes of conduct.
- All intellectual property and deliverables produced under this engagement shall become the property of the client upon full payment.
- Confidentiality obligations shall survive the termination of this agreement for a period of five (5) years, in accordance with Dutch data protection law (AVG/GDPR).
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting service agreement shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the competent court in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
- The Mechanical Engineer shall carry professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of EUR 2,500,000 per claim, valid throughout the duration of the project in Netherlands Amsterdam.
- Force majeure events, as defined under Dutch law, shall relieve the parties from performance obligations for the duration of such events, provided written notice is given within 5 business days.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms, conditions, and financial obligations set forth in this Quotation Estimate for the Mechanical Engineer services to be performed in Netherlands Amsterdam. This document, once countersigned, constitutes a binding service agreement between the parties.
