Thank you for your request for a Quotation Estimate for mechanical engineering consultancy and project execution services. Apex Mechanical Engineering Solutions Ltd. is pleased to submit this detailed Quotation Estimate for the design, installation, and commissioning of industrial HVAC and process piping systems at your facility in Nigeria Lagos. As a licensed Mechanical Engineer firm registered with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), we bring over fifteen years of specialized experience delivering critical mechanical infrastructure projects across the Lagos metropolitan area and the broader Nigerian industrial corridor.

This Quotation Estimate has been prepared in full compliance with Nigerian Building and Road Works Corporation (NABRDC) standards, the Nigerian Code of Practice for Mechanical Services (COP 2018), and all applicable regulations enforced by the Lagos State Building Control Agency (LASBCA).   1. 30% Advance Payment (NGN 18,624,375) upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the service agreement.
  2. 40% Progress Payment (NGN 24,832,500) upon completion of all supply and installation works, subject to inspection by the client's representative.
  3. 25% Completion Payment (NGN 15,520,313) upon successful commissioning, pressure testing, and handover of all as-built documentation.
  4. 5% Retention (NGN 3,104,063) released after a 90-day defect liability period with no outstanding mechanical issues.

Total estimated project duration: 17 weeks from the date of advance payment receipt.

  1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision upon expiry due to fluctuations in material costs in the Nigeria Lagos market.
  2. All work shall be performed by qualified and COREN-registered Mechanical Engineer professionals under the direct supervision of our Lead Mechanical Engineer, Engr. Chukwuma Okafor (COREN Reg. No. 45218).
  3. The client shall provide safe access to the project site in Nigeria Lagos, including necessary permits for heavy equipment movement on Lagos State roads.
  4. Any variation in scope beyond 10% of the original Quotation Estimate value shall be subject to a revised quotation and written approval by both parties.
  5. Apex Mechanical Engineering Solutions Ltd. warrants all installed mechanical equipment for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of commissioning, subject to normal operating conditions.
  6. All disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act (Cap A18, LFN 2004), with the seat of arbitration in Nigeria Lagos.
  7. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the mechanical engineering services to be delivered in Nigeria Lagos.
