- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Pakistan Islamabad.
- All fees quoted are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of the Mechanical Engineer's professional expertise, on-site presence, and standard engineering deliverables as described above.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this quotation, 40% upon completion of design and analysis phases, and 30% upon final commissioning and handover. Payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Al-Karam Engineering & Consulting (Pvt.) Ltd., National Bank of Pakistan, Islamabad Branch.
- The Mechanical Engineer assigned to this project holds a valid PEC (Pakistan Engineering Council) license and a BSc/MSc in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution in Pakistan.
- All work shall comply with the Pakistan Building Code, PEC regulations, and applicable standards set by the Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) Development Authority.
- Any additional scope beyond what is described in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional charges at the standard Mechanical Engineer day rate of PKR 18,500.
- Confidentiality: All project data, drawings, and proprietary information shared during the engagement shall remain the exclusive property of the client. Al-Karam Engineering & Consulting shall not disclose any details of the project to third parties without written consent.
- Warranty: A twelve-month performance warranty is provided on all design deliverables and commissioning activities. Any defects arising from engineering errors within this period shall be rectified at no additional cost.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions in Pakistan Islamabad, or civil unrest.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties. Acceptance of this quotation shall be confirmed in writing by the client within the validity period.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts the terms, scope, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of a Mechanical Engineer for services to be performed in Pakistan Islamabad.
